5.00Sam is an excellent guide. We did the night tour in late November, and of course it was below freezing. Despite the extremely low temperature, Sam still took her time with us, showing us all the historically important buildings and monuments - and adding colorful stories about the people and places we visited. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions patiently and professionally, and added personal anecdotes throughout the tour. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The company was spot on with communications (not too much, just enough) and the website was easy to use. If I could give 6 stars I would.
