1.00I booked (by mistake) an option that was the self-guided tour. They emailed me an e-map and a few printed pages of information that I should have read myself. Paid 42 USD for this. How was this a tour? There was no audio guidance. Map was a general map that you can find anywhere. I could read the information online, why should I pay for your printed version? This is not a self-guided tour, but a big cheat. They should remove this version from the site.

1.00They do not provide the exact data or corresponding times, request the cancellation and refund since the tour was at 8 pm (by the agency's criteria) and the city at that time is very dark and so far I have not had any response
