Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque

Your journey begins with a comfortable pick-up from your hotel lobby or any location in Muscat at your preferred time—8 AM or 9 AM. We then head to the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, one of Oman’s most iconic landmarks. Inside, you will experience its breathtaking Islamic architecture, including the grand prayer hall with one of the world’s largest hand-woven carpets and a stunning crystal chandelier. The serene marble courtyards, beautifully carved arches, and peaceful atmosphere make this visit truly unforgettable. The mosque is open to non-Muslim visitors from Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Kindly ensure modest dress is worn (shoulders and knees covered for both men and women). Women are also required to cover their head with a scarf during the visit.

After visiting Mosque, we continue with a scenic drive through Muscat to the world-famous Amouage Perfume Factory, one of Oman’s most prestigious fragrance houses. Here, guests enjoy a unique behind-the-scenes experience of Arabian perfumery combined with modern craftsmanship. You will learn how luxurious perfumes are created using rare and high-quality ingredients such as frankincense, myrrh, exotic spices, and natural oils sourced locally and internationally. The visit may include viewing parts of the production process, where fragrances are carefully blended, aged, and bottled with precision. A guided explanation introduces you to each stage of perfume creation, from raw materials to the final signature scent. You will then enter the elegant showroom, where you can explore and test a wide collection of Amouage perfumes. Each fragrance reflects Omani heritage, luxury, and artistry, making it a memorable sensory experience.
