On a tour the used vehicle is very capable 4x4 vehicle, which will safely sail us through the pristine Arctic landscapes. Please contact us to organise child seat. The nature of private daytour is very much relaxed and focuses on embracing the moment, ensuring you have a relaxing day before you are joined Greenlander's Northern Lights chase. :)

What To Expect
We will have 5 hours to see the most beautiful areas around Tromsø. The tour includes gorgeous landscapes, fjords, mountains, wildlife and maybe a snowman for kids, if we have snow. ;) It's private tour, please let me know, how we can help you to customize the tour before booking over email.

5.00Highly recommend Greenlander tours! We had a different fjord tour by land canceled at the last minute due to a car breakdown. With limited time in Tromso, I reached out to Greenlander in the hopes they would be able to take us instead. To my surprise, Markus answered immediately. He was able to accommodate us with a private tour to Sommaroy! Markus knew the best places to take us - we saw turquoise water along a beautiful beach, enjoyed snow and sunshine, and even spotted dogsleds, seals, eagles, and reindeer. On top of the great experience, he took incredible photos that would be worth the fee alone! We were very comfortable in his 4x4, and he stopped whenever we needed. We could tell he was trying to make the tour personal for us. This was an 11/10 experience.

5.00We booked a private day tour with Greenlander and left it up to them where to take our family of 6. We had a wonderful day and Samual our guide took us to the most beautiful places I have seen. Birthday cake on a snow covered beach for my husbands 60th Birthday was just perfect. Thank you Greenlander, just keep doing it exactly as you are, amazing experience, very highly recommend

5.00We booked them four months in advance because we knew right away they were the only team we wanted to chase with. We were even tempted to book two nights w them, but unfortunately our stay in Tromsø was too short. Come with the right mindset — yes, they offer warm suits, beverages, and light refreshments, but the real priority is the chase itself: finding the best skies, the strongest aurora activity, and capturing those priceless moments beautifully. Marcus is a passionate professional photographer, and he truly delivered. We are all so impressed!

5.00Peter Pettersen is an excellent guide, widely traveled and knowledgeable, and brought us to all the most wonderful spots. He is focused on making sure we are comfortable and safe. We also managed to see some reindeers on the way back so that was a major treat! We enjoyed the whole drive so much and can only hope we come back again soon.

5.00Was an excellent day exploring and photographing the fjords around Tromsø. Markus took us all over and shared tons of great facts and info about the area and Norway. Definitely much better than getting on a tour bus with a load of other people. We stopped many places bigger vehicles couldn’t and saw way more as well! He even took several pics of us and sent the next day. Worth every penny

He took us to such scenic & dreamy locales in the Lyngen region, which felt so surreal! Also extremely knowledgeable about all the places, he gave us a lot of information related to the places he took us to visit. His photography skills are amazing and he clicked fantastic pictures. He was thoughtful to get hot chocolate & cookies for the trip which was a cherry on the top. Thank you Arbo for making our trip so special & memorable

5.00Me, my husband, and our 2 kids (ages 13 and 9 years) did the private arctic fjord tour with Arbo and we had an amazing time. It snowed most of the day and Arbo took us to some beautiful sites, brought a yummy lunch including hot chocolate, and took many great photos of our family. He's an amazing photographer and one of the best parts of the trip were the great photos he took of our family. Usually I'm the one behind the camera, so I don't get to be in many photos, so this was really nice for me. I would 100% recommend this tour with Arbo and Greenlander!!
