Seeb

Start from Muscat & the first stop in Al Seeb, a colorful fish in the market who daily catch brought by local fishermen. The external shape of the complex embodies a curved fishtail and reaches a height of 9 meters. The complex contains a market for fish, seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables, and fruits, a number of restaurants, cafes, administrative offices, and a marine navigation control tower equipped with the latest high-tech modern air-conditioning and ventilation systems, in addition to a balcony. It has a panoramic view of the Sea of Oman.

Nakhal Fort

Then you will head drive to Nakhal. Nakhal lies at the foothills of the mountains near an abundant source of water, Nakhal Fort dates back to the 17th. The fort was originally built in pre-Islamic times (as early as the 9th century), and you can even see the rocky Al Hajar Mountains stretching out in the distance. Before you tour the inside of the fort, When you go inside the fort, it’s a bit like a mini-museum, because a lot of the rooms have period decorations and Omani weapons from back when the fort was used. There are designated places in the fort where you can use the audio to get some extra insight into 17th-century Omani life and how the fort was used over the years.
