The Golden Circle: Platinum Tour is an adventure of all of Hidden Iceland's handpicked sites of the famous Golden Circle region of Iceland, including the Sky Lagoon and an all inclusive lunch at Fridheimar Tomato Greenhouse. The Golden Circle has all of Iceland’s must visit and most popular sights. This popular region is rich with history and boasts powerful waterfalls, geothermal hot pools, erupting geysers, separating continental plates, as well as delicious food production, all on Reykjavik’s doorstep. All of Hidden Iceland's tours operate with a friendly and knowledgeable English speaking guides.
Please note, this tour was previously available as a small group tour option but is now exclusively offered as a private tour.

What To Expect
Sky Lagoon
A naturally heated hot spring, overlooking great views of the sea, surrounded by volcanic rock. Enjoy their seven step ritual as you bathe in the calming waters.
Fridheimar
Working tomato greenhouse and horse breeding farm where we have lunch amongst all the tomato plants. Lunch included.

5.00Our 7-night winter journey through Iceland was nothing short of extraordinary. Nina did a wonderful job planning the trip and making sure all of our planning needs were thoughtfully met from the very beginning. The itinerary was beautifully designed and clearly tailored to our family. Winter travel in Iceland requires flexibility, and every time weather or timing shifted, Einar adjusted seamlessly. We were always in the right place at the right time without ever feeling stressed or rushed. His calm confidence made us feel completely taken care of. The experiences were exceptional — exploring breathtaking canyons, going backstage at the Lava Show, and arranging private geology sessions that absolutely thrilled our geology-obsessed 80-year-old grandmother. These weren’t generic stops; they felt intentional and deeply personal. What stood out most was how genuinely Einar took the time to get to know us. From engaging our grandmother in detailed geological conversations to gently motivating our famously hard-to-wake teenager, he connected with each of us in a way that felt natural and sincere. By the end of the week, he felt far more like a friend than a guide. He also made our daughter’s 15th birthday in Iceland unforgettable. Three generations, one incredible adventure — and truly a trip of a lifetime for all of us. We cannot imagine experiencing Iceland any other way.

5.00Pre-planning and email correspondence with Hidden Iceland was great. We knew what to expect, when payments were due and our itinerary, all of which was really helpful for our planning. Their itinerary was brilliant, an excellent selection of hotels, restaurants and activities to suit all the different ages and abilities in our group. We were all so very impressed with Levi as our tour guide. His knowledge of Iceland's culture, history, landscapes and even geology really added something special to the trip. We really appreciated his flexibility in accommodating our group and letting us spend time in each location, while still managing to show us everything on the list. We also have a lot of praise for your 'subcontractors' such as Paul at the ATVs and Michal on the glacier. They were well organised and accommodated our large group well, with all our different levels of skill. All in all a brilliant family holiday!

5.00Our trip to Iceland was absolutely excellent. The itinerary Hidden Iceland curated worked perfectly for us - we saw everything we wanted to see and were fortunate enough to witness amazing northern lights each night of the tour. The accommodations were wonderful, and ending our trip at the Blue Lagoon was the perfect choice. It gave us a relaxing way to conclude the journey while making the commute back to the airport incredibly easy. I have to give special recognition to our guide Fannar - he was outstanding. His knowledge of Iceland was impressive, and his flexibility in adapting to our interests really enhanced the experience. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. Thank you again for designing such a memorable trip for our family. We truly appreciated all the care and attention you put into the planning.

4.00Einar was great! We just felt like it wasn’t really worth the $220 USD per person price tag, hence the four stars. Overall we had a great experience and Einar was a great guide - we just take issue with the pricing.

5.00Our guide, Luftor, was great. He was warm and friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy each of the sites and sharing them with our small group. Each of the sites was special but the tour of the tomato greenhouse with lunch inside was especially unique.

5.00We had the best time on this tour. From the communication before the tour started to our great tour guide Levi. We were a faily large group of 7 cousins traveling together and he was able to wrangle us easily. The stops were beautiful and he went out of his way to show us what he thought we would all be interested in. I would highly recommend not only Levi but Hidden Iceland for your tours !! We wish we would have booked more thru them.
