From the moment my dad, sister, and I first connected with our guide, Cameron, it was clear this wasn't going to be your typical private Grand Canyon tour. He was incredibly communicative via text the day before our tour and also available throughout the tour for any questions. From his first outreach, he was eager to understand what we were hoping to get out of the experience—and more importantly, what we hadn’t yet done or seen. He took the time to truly tailor the day to us, and that thoughtfulness made all the difference. What really stood out to us was how genuine and personable he is. It honestly felt like spending the day with a good friend. He didn’t just show us the Grand Canyon—he shared it with us. Between back and forth laughs and stories, it felt like we were creating memories rather than just checking off a travel bucket list. He showed a sincere interest in getting to know us beyond our time in Arizona. Cameron's passion and knowledge of the Grand Canyon are unmatched. You could tell this isn’t just a job for him—he genuinely wants people to leave with a deeper appreciation for the land's natural beauty and significance. We walked away with not just stunning photos, but a real connection to the place. If you're looking for something more than a tour—something that feels meaningful, fun, and unforgettable—Arizona Private Tours is where you will find that. On behalf of my dad, sister, and I, we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Our private guided tour to the Grand Canyon was amazing! Our guide Cameron grew up in the area and was so knowledgeable. Cam picked us at our hotel in a nice Ford Expedition filled with water and snacks. He was able to enhance our experience by knowing a lesser used entrance to the park so we were not sitting in lines for hours. He took us to viewing locations that were less traveled and used a telescope to view sites in the bottom of the canyon. We had a great day of memories and would recommend booking this trip.

Hiring this private tour was absolutely the best decision! The car was roomy and comfortable, and our guide was knowledgable and witty. His passion about multiple topics kept us engaged, and his sense of humor kept us entertained. He didn't read from a script, but instead allowed our curiosity to guide our interactions, and also pointed out things we would not have learned about on our own. The Grand Canyon is breathtakingly beautiful and immense! Being able to sit back and enjoy the views was only possible because we had a driver/tour guide who already knew where to go and how to get there. He also kept us safe, took pictures of our group, and provided snacks, drinks, and lunch. Having pick up and delivery from our rental house in Flagstaff made the entire day relaxing and convenient. Hiring this tour company was totally worth the expense, and created a wonderful experience our family will remember forever!

We had a superb guide, John, who was knowledgeable, helpful, informative and engaging. He was able to avoid big crowds and show us the best sights of the Grand Canyon South Rim. Bonuses were the vehicle (a Lincoln SUV) and lunch at historic El Tovar Hotel.

This was an excellent tour that provided everything we hoped. Our guide John was outstanding - knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, professional in every aspect. He communicated superbly throughout. We gave us access to Grand Canyon sights on South Rim that enabled us to avoid crowds and see the best views. The tour is both informative and fun. A lunch at the El Tovar Hotel was an added bonus. Door to door service from Sedona to Grand Canyon and back in beautiful Lincoln luxury SUV. John did all the work and we got to relax and enjoy.

Cameron was great. Very knowledgeable, kind, brought a cool spotting scope. Did ground work to get us in quick(correct gate). Explained each spot well.

Highly recommend booking with Arizona Private Tours! I was able to sit back and enjoy the tour with my boys, and not worry about driving, parking, or finding the best views and photo opportunities. Our guide, Cameron, was involved from the moment we booked the trip. He explained all the logistics, and reached out again prior to the trip to confirm details. He even went out of his way to get our favorite drinks to have in the car. Cam is very knowledgeable about the area, culturally, geologically, and even coffee stops and restaurants! My son asked before we left "can i use my phone in the car or is he going to talk the whole time?" and when we were done said "well, he did talk the whole time, but it was all really interesting. He knew so much about everything!" - Enough Said!
