Temple of the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit)
The Golden Buddha, officially titled Phra Phuttha Maha Suwana Patimakon, is a gold Maravijaya Attitude seated Buddharupa statue, with a weight of 5.5 tonnes. It is made in the Sukhothai Dynasty style of the 13th-14th centuries, though it could have been made after that time.

5.00Today was one of the best days of my life! We had the most amazing guide Kiki and driver Pat who delivered us to all the main attractions of Bangkok. Pat was so safe and considerate, and Kiki had so much fascinating knowledge. Today was a dream and thanks to Kiki and Pat we have beautiful photo memories. I think it's like she said and we were friends in another life ♥️
From start to finish this tour was first class !! We had a fabulous day !

5.00Wow 🤩 what can I say !! The g you want to book a private guided tour book with this company . We had Bella as our tour guide !! Her English 🏴 s amazing and her knowledge of all the history surrounding our tour was incredible! The driver too was lovely and felt safe . Was a good way to see all the temples with pick ups and drop offs … as It does get quite warm . We were very happy with our day and Bella was amazing 🤩! So kind and thoughtful too ! The pleasure was ours to have had such a lovely lady with so much knowledge take care of us . We highly recommend.

5.00Our guide Lala and her lady driver were amazing! Lala was very patient and knowledgeable. When we indicated that we were tired and might reduce the number of stops by one she was very understanding. Fortunately Lala persuaded us to visit the Sleeping Buddha. Incredible, as were the rest of the Temple visits although very busy at this time. The flower and vegetable markets were something to behold. The car was clean, supplied with water and refresher towels and the driver safe and patient. The food at the lunch stop great. Highly recommended. Quintin and Aliya

5.00We had a great tour today with Kiki. Our guide and driver were wonderful. Great communication about pickup time. Kiki was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot of history and the meaning of many symbols and markers at the Grand Palace. We had a lot of time at each of the stops and had time to get into traditional Thai costumes for amazing pictures. One of the best tours I have ever experienced.

And her skill is like a professional. We learned so much about the temples, the kings, and the history of each Buddha. Thanks for such a fun and full of surprise day.

5.00This was the best tour I have been on in Thailand! Our guide Kiki was amazing! We learnt so much from Kiki, and saw the best parts of Bangkok! Could not recommend this tour enough and if you’re lucky enough to get Kiki you will be well looked after!
