We can meet in a range of locations and tailor our walks to the aspirations of your group. If you would love to see ancient caledonian forests, the ruins of an old island castle or breathtaking lakes (lochs), whilst walking at a relaxed pace and learning more about the local area, this is a perfect activity for you.

5.00We had the most magical day in the woods with Matt as our guide. From the moment we first contacted him to arrange our day out, he was professional, warm, and accommodating to come up with the best experience for our group. As soon as we met him we felt right at home, and we enjoyed a beautiful walk in the woods full of fun stories (and a scavenger hunt!) for the kids, information about the surroundings for the adults, and a treat of coffee and hot chocolate by the loch. Absolutely a highlight of our trip to Scotland!

5.00We had such an Amazing time with Matt, the whole walk was enjoyable from start to finish. He was incredibly patient and adjusted the pace perfectly to suit us, which made tge experience relaxed and comfortable. What truly made the special was Matt's storytelling and deep knowledge of the area. He shared so many stories about the Loch and the surrounding mountains that made the landscape feel even more magical. My personal favourite was the stoty of the fairy king🧚. I would highly recommend Lost Sheep Guiding to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable guided walk. Whether you're experienced or completely new like we were, Matt will make sure you have an amazing time! Happily doing another walk with Matt soon.

5.00We had a wonderful hike with Matt strolling around the loch in the forest. He was very considerate of our physical challenges and carefully set the pace to match our capabilities. He was warm, kind, and very knowledgeable about fauna and flora and was a wonderful young man to spend the morning with. We would highly recommend engaging him.
