  We were a little disappointed as we thought the private tour was to last 6 hours and it was done in 4-4.25 hours

  Our tour was not what I expected, but only because I fell just as I was walking towards the car. Tima, our tour leader, was amazing. Not only did she take charge and drive me to the Emergency Room, but she stayed with me and my husband the entire time until I was seen and received stitches. Tima was so compassionate and such a wonderful human being, and she knew exactly how to deal with medical emergencies in Canada. After I asked her to drop me back at my hotel, she filled my prescription and took my husband on a wonderful tour of Vancouver in the remaining time that was left. Thank you, Tima.

  The tour was short, the tour guide doesn’t know much about Vancouver but he was very sympathetic shown us a lot.
