Then, we'll go to Trullo Sovrano house-museum, a two-storey trullo, which still preserves the typical Apulian countryside lifestyle. The tour will end exploring the tourist area of Rione Monti district, characterized by souvenir shops and restaurants located in the trulli, and we’ll have a look of the St. Anthony Church, a typical trullo-shaped church. Our guide, Valeria, was excellent. She was articulate, informative, and engaging. I definitely would recommend taking a tour with her.

This was our third walking tour with Valeria in the Apulia region. She is a fantastic guide - we learned a lot about the trullo houses and culture and history of this UNESCO heritage city. The tour ended with an informative olive oil tasting - we were so impressed with the products we had a big order shipped home. Valeria was very kind to adjust the length of the tour to accommodate my slow pace (as I had hurt my left foot earlier in our trip). So once again, we highly recommend this walking tour with Valeria!!

Valeria more than met all our expectations. She is extremely gracious, helpful and has great knowledge to share. She gave us nice tips for our visit to Ostuni.

Our guide, Valeria, really knew the history and stories of the village. It would have been difficult to understand Alberobello without a guide. The village is very popular with tourists and therefore crowded, but Valeria navigated around to avoid some of the chaos. The olive oil tasting was a nice stop, as part of our tour, and the young lady at the shop gave us a fun education in the various types of olive oils. Very nice tour.

Our guide in Arberobello (Cosima) was very kind and easy to follow. She shared many fascinating and authentic stories that only locals know. The testing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small shop was both educational and memorable. From now on, we will always remember the true taste of real extra virgin olive oil. The teenargers enjoyed the tour too.

Valeria has provided us with a fascinating excursion with an instructive explanation of the trulli that make this area so well known. We look forward to the next excursion with Valeria in Ostuni.

We had such a wonderful experience with this tour and learned a lot about the history. It was also much more efficient and pleasant than trying to navigate where to visit or go ourselves. Our 10 year old had a great time as well and really enjoyed the olive oil tasting at the end.

Valeria was wonderful! She met us promptly, spoke flawless English & had a great command of the history of the trulli. The pace was pleasant, despite how hot it was- she kept trying to get us into shade possible. I would highly recommend taking her tour!
