The only divided country, South Korea. Visiting the politically complex Korean Peninsula and its borders is a valuable experience.
Enjoy a private tour from hotel pickup to drop-off. For 9-10 hours, we are confident in providing accurate information about South Korea's politics, economy, and society. We are guides who didn't get any complaint from tourists in Seoul.
After the DMZ tour, we will visit one more place. Tourists can choose where to go.
We have to see the life of Korean just after the war. There is a museum that collected all real stuff and displayed. Guide will get in together and explain everything you can see.
or we can visit the suspension bridge with lake or mountain. The choice is up to the tourists.
We will do our best to make sure you don't feel that your money was wasted, and we will create a memorable day for you.

We had a great day with Hun, he was very knowledgeable and accomodating, picking us from the Port in Incheon and taking us back to the hotel at the conclusion of our tour. Highly recommend

Terrific service. Terrific, unique experience. Operator worked hard to coordinate our arrival and departure times with our DMZ reservation. And our guide, Moon, was the best!!! We learned so much about Korean history and culture. Thank you!

Soo did a great job on our tour of the DMZ. We started the day at Majang Lake on the beautiful suspension bridge and then made our way to the DMZ. He was very knowledgeable about the history and eager to show us the sights. The DMZ is important to our world history and even more so to Korea’s rich history, and Soo makes sure that you really understand each monument and the significance of the DMZ itself. This was my second tour with Soo and I highly recommend him.

Our local guide, Soo, was very punctual, informative and so easy going while still keeping us on schedule to see everything. We had a great time with Soo and we were so impressed with his knowledge of timing when to avoid overcrowded areas, we booked another tour with him! We will definitely return and book another tour with Soo!

Our second tour with Awesome Tours. The best experience. Be prepared to walk and get sweaty if you will go in the tunnels it’s very steep. The tunnel is not recommended to kids or have health issues. It was a great experience and highly recommend the tours. Very flexible so if you skip the tunnels you can go to the lake or suspension bridge which we didn’t do but was an option for this tour.

My wife and I are traveling on a Regent Asia cruise. One of our stops was in Seoul. My wife asked if we could visit the DMZ, I guess she had watch one too many MASH reruns. Well I booked a trip with Brand X tour agency also from Viator. I called on the first day of our cruise to confirm our pick up and a send X said we can’t pick you up at the Incheon International Cruise Terminal. I said why as they had accepted the tour. They said they can’t and refunded my money. Given we were only 6 days away from our docking in Seoul, I found his new agency. They warned me it would be hard to get tickets to the DMZ on short notice, but Soo our tour guide never gave up and with an effort only matched by trying to get tickets to popular K-Pop group he came through! From The start Soo was awesome in answering my wife’s 10,000 questions and showing us all there is to see at the DMZ. He was so good I kept Soo to help us see Seoul the next day. We had 2 great days and learned an incredible amount about Korea’s history. We would recommend Soo To everyone who wants a personal and personable tour guide! I will be telling all my friends who head to Korea!! Thanks Soo!!’

What an amazing tour of the DMZ. Our tour guide, Hyun Soo was very knowledgeable, easy going and spoke English very well. We went to Majang Lake, Imjingak Pyeonghoa-Nuri park, The third tunnel, Dora observatory, and Unification village. It was non-stop and would highly recommend this tour. We have 2 young daughters and I'm glad they were able to experience walking through the tunnel, seeing North Korea with our own eyes, and learning all the history of the Korean war. Reasonably priced and the private tour made it so much better.

The tour was insightful and interesting. We learned some Korea history and how modern South Korea came to be today. Our tour guide was Taylor Woo and he briefed us a little bit about Korea history. Unfortunately, history that involved war came with sadness. However, this tour offered a piece of history that you can experience somewhat close up. We travelled with our parents who are in their 70s. Mr. Woo was patient and attentive with our parents pace and needs.

Great trip with Taylor who was really knowledgeable and made it a fun experience. Arranged pick up/ drop off from hotel. It was a full day with loads to see, lunch was tailored to our tastes, the scenery was great and the insight into day to day Korea from Taylor was really interesting. The DMZ part of the day was brilliant. The observation point had plenty of telescopes for everyone to view the area. The tunnel experience is also a must do but you do need to be able bodied and fit to do this as it is very steep entry/exit. Would highly recommend this trip.
