This magnificent museum is massive in scale and lit is virtually impossible to see everything in one day, or even several days. You can find about anything of interest there which consists of a vast array of art, sculpture, pottery, jewelry, and so much more from all around the world and collected over many, many decades. Choosing to use a personal guide was the best decision we made, and our guide Robert was the absolute best guide we ever could have wished for. The three hours spent with him made our experience wonderful and extremely enlightening as well. Thank you Robert for a fabulous educational experience and when we return to London again to further explore the V&A we will definitely request Robert again. Best tour experience in London!

The V&A is massive. Too much to be able to see you in a couple of hours by yourself. It really helped to have a knowledgeable tour guide who could show us some highlights and tell us stories about important things. Highly recommend.

Our private tour of the Victoria and Albert Museum with Robert was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, warm and welcoming from the start, and his incredible depth of knowledge across every exhibition we visited was truly impressive. What made the experience even more special was his willingness to tailor the tour to our areas of interest. Robert uncovered so many unexpected treasures that we would never have found on our own, and the time simply flew by. A treasure trove that really needs a knowledgeable guide - and we had one! Robert Miller knew so many good stories and helped us understand the importance of what we were looking at. It is a monumental task and I wouldn’t have known how best to tackle it but we spent three productive hours, saw some of the highlights and know we need to go again, and again…oh and the shop is wonderful!

Our guide, Robert Miller, was exceptional in his knowledge ability to share stories regarding key exhibits at the V&A Museum. It is behemoth of a building and to make the most of our time, having an expert like Robert guide us through the structure as well as share the history of its development and expansion made the best of our time. We had three hours with him which gave us an opportunity to see the best of the V&A. I'd use him again next time we are in London!
