5.00Based on prior reviews, I booked this tour knowing it would be guided by Robert Miller. I booked him for two other London Viator museum tours as well. Best decisions I have made in quite some time. I’m 70 and have traveled the world. Robert is the best guide I have ever had. He has an encyclopedic memory and is warm and friendly. The 3 hours flew by. The V&A is such an expansive museum that my wife and I would have wasted all kinds of time trying to figure out where to go and what to see on our own. Robert gave us a rundown on the zillion collections in the museum, and after telling him our areas of interest, off we went. Trust me, you will never regret hiring him.

5.00Our tour guide Robert was fantastic! The V&A is massive, so there is no way to get in everything. Robert selected an item or two in many of the rooms and provided an in depth history lesson of each. He pointed out things we absolutely would have missed if touring by ourselves (like a $36M tiny bowl). We found out he previously worked at Sothebys, and it made total sense! We would highly recommend!

5.00Our tour guide Robert was amazing. Having a guide in this enormous museum made our experience so much better. Robert's expertise about art history provided us with a much richer experience than just simply wandering about with no clue to what we were observing and the incredible history of the building itself. I would not hesitate to book this tour or any other museum tour with him. Fabulous insight into British history and the origins of the displays here.
