The 30-minute scenic drive ends at the Batu Caves. These natural limestone masses are home to Hindu shrines that house various religious deities. Learn from your guide about the deep Hindu roots of this nation as you make your way up the 272 steps to the golden Lord Murugan. Once you arrive at the top, you’ll head to Cathedral Cave—the largest in the complex. Your guide will offer background on the significance of this space, which houses intricate Hindu shrines

Great experience with Jamar! I went to the major sites I wanted to see in a timely basis. He gave me tons of food recommendations like I asked and he was knowledgeable of the city of Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended this tip to anyone wanting a nice over view of the city.

This tour was a highlight of our trip and a wonderful experience. I booked the tour thinking it seemed the best and most informative way of getting to see Batu Caves and some of the other outlying sights, and it did not disappoint. Our tour guide Jen was excellent, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Jen is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and good fun, and she worked really hard to tailor the tour to our abilities and requirements to ensure we had a wonderfully curated and personalised experience. The National Mosque was closed due to a religious holiday, so Jen discussed what we wanted to see and rearranged the tour and timings accordingly. Jen has a very strong local knowledge of Malaysia in general and Kuala Lumpur specifically and was happy to share her knowledge and insights. Once the tour had finished Jen sent through some photos she had taken during the tour, along with some recommendations of local dishes and places to eat and where to find them. At the completion of the tour I felt like Jen had become a friend.

I was in Kuala Lumpur for about 48 hours for a relaxed solo weekend getaway, and chose this tour as it covered most of the must-dos in KL within 4 hours. Ayyanar was my assigned tour guide. He was a gentleman of sorts, and had significant knowledge of all the places that we had been to. He arrived well ahead of time at the hotel to pick me up, and was able to tweak the itinerary to my tastes on the day. At each landmark, he would inform me of the dos and don'ts, plus the cultural/historical significance of the place. Highly recommend this tour, and Ayyanar. :)

This tour covered many of the major sights of Kuala Lumpur in an efficient way. Our guide, Janar, was extremely knowledgeable and shared a great deal of interesting information. My friend and I were very happy that we took the tour and felt lucky that Janar was our guide.

This was an excellent tour, it took us to all the key locations we wanted to see but the Batu Caves was a real highlight. Jag was our driver, he was brilliant with lots of knowledge about the places we were going to visit. We would highly recommend this tour.

Great private 1/2 day tour with Jag. He was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. We hit many major sights. We only had a few hours available and he was able to get us to see so many things! Highly recommend!
