• Couldn't ask for a better tour guide and company.

  Our excellent tour guide was Gregory. We had plenty of time at the Ste-Anne-De-Beaupré to walk around the outside and inside of the church with a little history lesson from the grounds tour guide. Gregory then took us to the falls on the upper side and gave us time to walk across the suspension bridge and take photos. He then took us to the lower falls where we had time to walk to the falls and take a few photos. We were a little late returning to the shuttle but Gregory was very patient. He then dropped us off in lower Quebec instead of back at the cruise ship as per our request. Very accommodating company and would highly recommend. I was very displeased with the ships excursions and will be booking through Viatour again. Please don't hesitate to use them. They are very punctual and reliable. This was our first time using them and very pleased with everything.

• Joke, not a "tour" just a driver

  I was concerned about the weather forecast of 98% rain and was assured by the tour operator we would still enjoy the tour so I did not cancel the $260 tour. It was pouring rain ALL DAY. The driver showed up at our hotel on time. We we got in her car, she said she is a "driver" not a tour guide. Drove us to the waterfalls and told us to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the waterfall. In the meantime, she was going to run to McDonalds to get herself lunch. So, we proceeded to walk in the pouring rain, found the suspended bridge and waterfall. Turned around and walked back to find her car. Even with umbrellas our pants and shoes were sopping wet. She then drove us through some neighborhoods and ended up at the church. We were early, so our "tour guide" was not available, so my husband and I walked around the inside of the beautiful church. After about 45 minutes, we returned and got back in her car. She drove through town on our way back to the hotel. She told us she had found a couple short cuts through town. No tour information, history, etc. I sent the tour operator a complaint and asked fir 60% of our money to be refunded. They sent us $28.00!!!! We would have been better off booking an uber to drive us by the waterfall and to the church. DO NOT BOOK this "tour" since it's NOT a tour, just a private driver.

  The waterfalls were beautiful and the fall colors were super. The basilica was amazing! Our driver was super. Was so friendly and nice. The woman who took us around the basilica did a great job showing us around and giving us many details . I would recommend this tour definitely.

  The tour driver was excellent, providing many local tidbits and taking scenic routes. The tour guide at St Anne was fantastic explaining and highlighting the unique features of the building and the rationale behind the artwork. Fantastic tour

• Poor communication and not private

  This was the worst Viator excursion we’ve ever had. We were told the driver would be there holding a sign with our name. That didn’t happen. We had to wonder around to find our driver. 2 hours after the tour started, we got a text from the tour company describing the vehicle and gave the drivers info. Would have been helpful earlier. We booked a private tour however there was a group of 8 that joins us at the church. This was expensive for a 3.5 hour excursion. It was not worth the money. And did not meet our expectations of a private tour. I will not book with this company again.
