Check In Process - please arrive 15 minutes prior to flight for proper check-in. If a customer arrives late the tour/activity may be cut short or you can reschedule for another date
Flight Etiquette- We ask all customers to please understand that though your flight is meant to be fun and exciting, safety is always Anthelion Helicopters' first priority. For this reason, we do not allow: Drunk and/or high customers, screaming and/or arguing in the helicopter, Removing seatbelts, attempting to stand or stick out arms and legs whilst in the helicopter, or speaking over the Pilot. Please know that should the pilot feel that the flight has become unsafe due to customer conditions, the pilot has the right to end the tour early. In this event, we will NOT be able to provide a refund or accommodation for the shortened flight
Per FAA Regulation, should customers arrive inebriated, they will NOT be allowed to fly. We will NOT provide a refund should you choose to cancel, but you may rebook your tour to another date.
Weight Limitation Policy - Our R44 Tour Helicopter seat limit is 300 lb and the group limit must be under 580 lb. Our R22 limit is 220 lb. Customers who are over the weight limit upon weight verification on arrival will NOT be allowed to fly and will NOT be eligible for a refund. You may reschedule for another date
Liability waiver must be signed on arrival. Failure to sign the waiver will result in your tour being cancelled. If you choose not to fly due to not signing the waiver you will not be eligible for a refund.

5.00Went on a ride for my wife's birthday. It was a great experience. Little bit tricky finding the place but once we did everything went real smooth. All the staff was friendly and our pilot did a wonderful job flying and being our tour guide. Telling us fun facts about the city we never knew. Making the atmosphere a very pleasant one. We plan to go back and take another tour

5.00If you’re looking for a fun adventure with cool sites, this is it! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and originally scheduled for New Year’s Eve; however, the weather was iffy so I rescheduled for Valentine’s Day. The weather was sunny and mostly clear, ideally this tour would be perfect right after a rain for optimal visibility. Our pilot Colby was excellent - super friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure we were safe. The office staff is communicative, helpful and welcoming. I would love to book this tour again, next time will try for a sunset booking!

5.00We decided to book this on a trip to the city and it was well worth the money. The team were amazing and so friendly, telling us about the sights while we were up in the sky. The pilot made us feel incredibly safe. As well as afterwards recommending other places to visit while we were here. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to visit the city, it was incredible. Thankyou to the team!

1.00I booked over the phone with viator. I was promised a certain tour. Once I arrived to take the tour it a was a totally completely tour. I even paid almost $200 more booking with viator than I would if I would have booked directly with the agent. Which I didn’t know until I arrived. I was very irritated. And it was for my sons birthday.
