5.00Great experience. The operators put safety first and were very knowledgeable about the area we were flying over. They kept us up to date on potential weather impacts, so there were to surprizes and answered all of our questions about the balloon. The landing was soft and the story of the first balloon flight was very entertaining. This was my niece's first balloon flight, and she loved it. They also took pictures and sent them to us afterwards and provided us with our flight path including elevation througout the flight,

It was quite amazing that they were able to navigate the balloon with no controls 7 miles away and land perfectly at the landing spot. 5.00Professional and friendly crew. We had a beautiful flight. So peaceful. Highly recommended. This was our first hot air balloon ride and we felt safe with our pilot (thanks Justin) and the crew. My wife is afraid of heights and she was not scared and enjoyed herself immensely.
