5.00I usually don’t write reviews, but this really needs to be shared. I have wanted to do a hot air balloon flight for a long time, and since we were in the Albuquerque area, I started looking into where to do it. I chose Elevated New Mexico because the reviews were great, the timing worked well for us, and the price was reasonable. So I booked a flight for two people. Before the flight, I had a few questions and reached out to them through the TripAdvisor portal. I received a reply the same day with all my questions answered. I was also informed that all specific instructions would be sent by text message and email 24 hours before the flight. That’s where the adventure began. We received a text message with all the important details and were instructed to meet sharp at 7:00 am at Hannah & Nate’s (there are multiple locations with the same name in Albuquerque, so make sure you go to the correct one). We were warmly welcomed by one of the owners of this family-run business. She gave us a short safety briefing, explained what to expect, and then drove us about one minute to the launch location. There, we met our pilot, who provided additional information and prepared the balloon. Once everything was ready, we climbed into the basket and the flight began. We flew over Albuquerque and enjoyed absolutely amazing views. We even did a splash-and-dash on the mighty Rio Grande. Our pilot was incredible — he helped us take pictures, answered all our questions, and flew the balloon as if he was born to do it. As our flight time came to an end, he made a safe and very comfortable landing. After landing and packing up the balloon, we were welcomed with mimosas, apple cider, and some snacks. We also received interesting information about flying and hot air balloons in general. Personally, I will recommend Elevated New Mexico to everyone visiting the Albuquerque area. I honestly don’t care if they think they don’t want to fly — I will try to convince them anyway, because this was an absolutely unforgettable experience. If I had to rate this on a scale from 1 to 10, it would easily be a million or more. All our dreams came true and even more. Thank you so much for this incredible experience! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

5.00Due to our mistake they rose above and beyond to accommodate us. The owners and staff were very personable and informative. Treated us like family. The pilot, BJ, was adapt at all the wind changes and showed/explained to us the beautiful landscape of Albuquerque. It was an amazing and lifetime experience.

5.00This one wants six stars! Ultimate treat and experience of a lifetime. Special from the moment of pickup to the final champagne toast. Also hats off to hosts Justin and Keisha, pilot JB and ground crew make you feel like you're their unique flying companions even though they've been at it for years. Cannot recommend more highly.

5.00Great experience. The operators put safety first and were very knowledgeable about the area we were flying over. They kept us up to date on potential weather impacts, so there were to surprizes and answered all of our questions about the balloon. The landing was soft and the story of the first balloon flight was very entertaining. This was my niece's first balloon flight, and she loved it. They also took pictures and sent them to us afterwards and provided us with our flight path including elevation througout the flight,
Amazing Morning…. Would do again the same way.
