Tour operator never showed up

1.0The tour operator was a no show for our tour. We were to be picked up at 8 am. At 9 am we finally got through to them. They said they forgot about our tour. When on vacation losing a planned day is not good. Waiting to confirm refund

5.0The guides were very friendly. They even guided my husband while taking underwater snorkeling videos. Gilutongan and Nalusuan snorkeling was nice…only it was too hot to stay at the Nalusuan and Caogahan sandbar. Overall a good experience!
