1.00We paid $130.00 for a taxi ride from the airport to our villa in Turks and Caicos. The driver left one of our luggage bags behind the car when he drove off from the airport. We didn't discover that it was missing until after he dropped us off and left. We had to get another vehicle and drive back to the airport. Thankfully the airport attendant retrieved the bag after trying to flag down the taxi driver. I open a complaint with Viator and waited 5 days without a response. I opened a second complaint and was told that they were requesting a full refund and I would hear from someone within the next day. It has now been over two more weeks without any response from Viator. I am still waiting for my refund!

5.00We used this service for rides all over the island over our 5 day stay, he was amazing! So easy to reach, on time and accommodating. There were 5 of us and we were picked up each time in a clean and spacious vehicle. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them on our next visit! Thanks again!
