* Booking Confirmation After booking, travelers receive instant confirmation. Guests are required to provide their flight details, hotel name, and a WhatsApp or contact number to ensure smooth coordination. * Arrival at Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) Upon arrival, guests proceed through immigration and baggage claim. Approximately 30 minutes after landing, a professional driver will meet them in the arrival hall holding a Thomas Explora Tours sign with the guest’s name. * Airport to Hotel Transfer (One-Way or Round-Trip) Guests are escorted to a private, air-conditioned vehicle for a direct transfer to their RIU Montego Bay hotel. No shared rides or unnecessary stops. Hotel Pickup for Return Transfer (Round-Trip Guests) For round-trip bookings, pickup time from the hotel is confirmed in advance, based on flight departure time. The driver arrives on time for a smooth return to the airport. * Drop-Off Guests are dropped off directly at their RIU hotel or MBJ airport, depending on the selected service, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience from start to finish.

There was excellent communication throughout the entire process.. The driver was professional, punctual, and friendly!! Thomas Explora Tours also offered reasonably priced excursions. I highly recommend services and would use the company again on my next vacation!

It didn’t feel like just a ride it felt like being shown around by someone who genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. If you’re traveling alone and want someone who makes you feel safe and taken care of, I would definitely recommend him. He made my solo trip start off in the best way possible.

5.00My best friend and I celebrated our Birthdays in Jamaica with Thomas. But really Thomas was the highlight of our trip!! We booked him for five days. That was pick up from the airport, excursions, shopping , restaurants, and airport drop off. Thomas was a vibeeee the entire time, he was on time, his van was clean every time he picked us up, he took our pictures, helped us to explore Jamaica, he took us to the best food places, and we felt safe. We were supposed to go clubbing too but I hurt myself, Thomas even helped me around after I broke my ankle on the trip to make sure we had a good time. If you ain’t booking with Thomas you ain’t booking right!! We’ll be back and of course we’ll be calling Thomas!!!

5.00From the moment we landed in Jamaica, to the moment we were brought back to the airport, Odane was making sure we were taken care of. His hospitality, punctuality, communication, driving, and knowledge of the island provided the best experience I could ever ask for. We communicated via WhatsApp and it made it stress free plus it was easy when he sent us pictures during our excursions that we happily were able to enjoy amd not worry about missing any photo opportunities. I have never been treated better. Thank you, Odane for making my 40th celebration the best yet!! Till next time, my friend 😆
