Our mega combo combo tour is a great way to spend the day. Forty minutes from the city of Liberia, this place is surrounded by a primary forest. The first activity is the Zipline Canopy tour. As you travel through the forest you will have the opportunity to see flora, fauna and great views. Once the zip line is over, the next activity is a 400 meter water slide in the middle of the forest. Later a typical lunch will be waiting for you There is the opportunity to enjoy and see wonderful views while horseback riding while going to the Hot Springs. Thermal water, steam bath and volcanic mud provide you with excellent skin therapy and relaxation time provided by a luxury garden.

What To Expect
Province of Guanacaste
We usually drive from the hosting site to the adventure center with a few to take photos. During the tour to the adventure center you will be given information about crops culture, history, geography, climate, ecosystems. Once in the adventure center the Zip lining will be your first activity, then water slide. Minutes later a Guanacaste lunch or you will be waiting to recover your energies. Some time later the cultural tour will give you the opportunity to learn about sugar cane, Guanacastecan pastries, coffee and ceramics. Completed these activities a horseback ride to the therapeutic hot springs, volcanic mud and steam room which will give you the opportunity to enjoy the power of the nature. At the end of the day we stop at a special place where you can delight and taste the best coffee in Costa Rica and buy some souvenirs

A must do excursion in Costa Rica!

5.00For our family trip to Costa Rica, our AirBnB host recommended this full-day excursion and it did not disappoint! Our tour guide, Harold with Neotropical Adventures, picked us up at our AirBnB and navigated us smoothly through the entire day of adventure - ziplining, horseback riding, cultural tour, water slide (he even hiked up and got us the best action videos!), mud bath/hot springs. The lunch buffet included was so delicious. On our drive out, Harold asked if we were celebrating anything and we told him this trip was for our parents' 70th birthdays - by the time we got to lunch, he had coordinated getting them a birthday cake & the staff/visitors all sang to them. It was so kind & sweet. Harold is the BEST - he will keep you entertained and safe all day long.

5.00We had an amazing time on our tour. We were here 20 years ago and we couldn’t wait to share it with our boys. Our driver Duck was fantastic very entertaining full of lots of knowledge in regards to traditions the local area and wildlife I couldn’t say enough positive things about him!

5.00Best tour!! Incredibly fun and interesting experience! Went early in the morning and basically had the place to ourselves! The most incredible zip line views, the staff was super helpful, even taking photos and video for us, the waterslide was super fast and fun, the spa was a real treat, and the cultural experience was great too! Our driver and guide, Oliver, was the absolute best! He was so friendly, smart, caring, helpful, and FUN! I can’t recommend him or this experience enough! You HAVE to check it out if you’re in the vicinity! an incredible lifelong memory was made!
Don’t leave Costa Rica without doing this amazing adventure!!

5.00This is a must do adventure in Costa Rica! Harold with Neotropical Adventures entertained us on our ride to/from the Mega Tour from our hotel and was with us for anything we needed during the day to prepare for each event! Such an amazing, fun experience !!

5.00I booked this excursion through Viator. It was absolutely amazing! Our driver and guide was Pato and he picked us up from our resort at the RIU Palace CR and guided us through each activity so that we would experience every thing as intended. This excursion includes a wonderful Costa Rican lunch that was delicious and plenty!
We had an AMAZING time!! Here’s some good info I wish I knew!

5.00Oliver was an amazing guide!! I did change our departure from 6:30 to 7:30 in the morning because our resort didn’t serve breakfast until 6:30 and you just can’t go all day with kids without eating. Viator also didn’t really list important info like where we were actually going (Buena Vista Del Ricon) or the distance to travel there (2.5 hours each way). They did not provide water bottles like the ad stated. And we didn’t know our things would stay in the van all day (and we were near it frequently) so we could pack anything we needed vs packing light (which is what I thought we were supposed to do). Before we left, we ran back to the hotel room to get a change of clothes, chargers, snacks, and the kids tablets for the ride. Oliver was great at letting us know the things we should bring and was very patient. He was a fantastic guide, lead us flawlessly through our day, and we had an absolute blast! The activities were insanely awesome and it was absolutely the highlight of our Costa Rica trip! Honestly, Buena Vista Del Ricon is a MUST do if you visit. Bring cash to tip your guide, they deserve it!

5.00Ya know how everyone knows a guy who seems to "know a guy" for everything, and knows all the places to go and best times to be there, our tour guide Duck was that guy! Everywhere we went, Duck navigated where we needed to be and told us what to expect. All while pointing out animals and giving us information on Costa Rica, and somehow we magically skipped the line in most places! Duck was super knowledgeable and personable! We had such a great time with him, my son cried when he dropped us off back to the hotel! He definitely left a memorable impression with our family, and we will try to book him again when we can make it back to that beautiful Pura Vida life!

5.00Duck was so wonderful - full of knowledge and energy, and quick with a joke! When we mentioned what a treat fresh mangoes are he stopped at a roadside stand and bought us a bagful. An absolute professional - we felt safe and cared for at all times. We highly recommend.

5.00I don't know where to begin. This all-day adventure DELIVERED! Duck, our gem of a guide, is truly the crème de la crème. Right away he was inviting and welcoming and I knew we were in for a ton of fun. Duck is a wealth of knowledge, who has a love for his country and his job. Not to mention, his infectious smile was contagious. A couple of things to know - towels are provided and changing rooms are available. The zip lining was a 7 line course that was just incredible with off the chart views. Our 12 yr olds loved the water slide and went down a couple of times. We all greatly enjoyed the hot springs. The crowds weren't bad at all which was nice. I suggest packing sneakers and water sandals. Also, bug spray. Do not forget bug spray. You stop at a huge market on the way, buy snacks. The lunch is delicious, seriously one of our favorite meals. The cocktails at the hot springs were also delicious! I could go on and on but the point is BOOK THIS and my fingers are crossed you get Duck as your guide! Have Fun!
