Our driver will pick you up at hotel lobby. Take about 1.5 hour’s drive from Beijing City to Mutianyu Great Wall and hike on the wall as long as you can. Mutianyu Great Wall is one popular section of the Great Wall but less crowded than other sections, well-known for its beautiful surroundings-the dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of the year. After the trip, transfer you back to hotel.

What To Expect
Mutianyu Great Wall
The driver will pick you up at your hotel, it's about one and half hour to drive to Mutianyu Great Wall. The start time is flexible. During the holiday or weekends, it's better to start earlier to avoid the crowds. Upon arrival, your driver will assist with tickets and then leave you to explore independently. Optional extras include a ride to the top of the wall by cable car and a toboggan ride back down (both own expense). Depending on your arrival time, you typically have around three hours at the wall to hike and take photos. After the wall visiting ，the driver will take you back your hotel in Beijing.tour ends.

5.00Perfect day overall. Ms Ruby was incredibly helpful, and her driving skills were outstanding. Given the snowy and icy conditions, her experience really showed—we passed several accidents but always felt safe with her behind the wheel.

5.00Mr. Guo is the best ever driver we had in China. Knowledgable & able to communicate in English. He arrived early in the morning. His vehicle was clean and comfortable, and it didn't smell of cigarettes. He is very thoughtful, bringing us bananas & chocolate snickers for breakfast and helps us buying gondola tickets using his mobile phone to make our trip to the Great Wall more comfortable. He escorted us to the gondola gate, offered to take our picture, and took us to a delicious Chinese restaurant, patiently driving us thru the cold and snowy Beijing traffic. In the afternoon, we arrived at our hotel safely, thanks to his careful driving. At the end of the trip, he surprised us with a cute panda souvenir. Thank you, so much Mr. Guo. We are so happy to have this trip with you.

5.00Mr. Guo was our guide for the day, and he was fantastic! He thoughtfully brought fruit and water for us during our long drive, and he even had jackets we could borrow if we were cold. He was also extremely cheery and pleasant to talk to. When we reached the Great Wall, he accompanied us up the lift and took some pictures of us as a couple, then showed us which path to take before leaving us to explore on our own. Since we were early, there was hardly anyone on the wall and we were able to take some great shots. When we got back down, we asked Mr. Guo if he wouldn't mind taking us somewhere nearby for lunch. He took us to a popular local dumpling restaurant he liked that was so good! Even during our lunch, Mr. Guo made sure we knew how to cook our dumplings and kept recommending dishes for us to try. All in all, it was a fantastic trip made even more memorable by a wonderful guide. Thank you Mr. Guo!

5.00We organized the tour with Jenny and the communication and instructions provided were excellent. Mr Guo was our driver and he was wonderful. He was extremely polite and patient, he explained the route we should take on the wall and he was very clear. He provided us with water and bananas for the car journey and a little souvenir upon departure. He took some great pictures for us too. We arrived on the cable car at tower number 6 and hiked up to tower 20, we then walked all the way back to tower 1 and then took the toboggan down which was fantastic fun. The value of the tour was excellent, Mr Guo and Jenny were both super helpful and responsive both before and during the tour. I would definitely recommend you to book through them. We arrived early before the crowds and pretty much had the wall to ourselves. Don't hesitate to book, I highly recommend this trip. Thank you Jenny and Mr Guo🙏🙏🙏

5.00Visiting the Mutianyu Great Wall with our guide Jessica was an extraordinary experience. She arrived punctually, provided insights into the history and importance of Chinese culture and traditions, and efficiently guided us to all the key sites without any delays. Given our limited schedule, it was crucial to complete the tour within the allotted time. The car and driver were also exceptional and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend Jessica to anyone planning to visit the Great Wall.
