Ideal for cruise or airplane passengers at the North airport. Tenerife is an island where its particular geology influences everything, so there is nothing better than having an official tour guide and geologist to show you the island.
You will be picked up at the port or airport (or any area of the metropolitan area, at your choice) and from there we will depart to see several of the main places on the island (the list below is just a suggestion). The trip is totally adaptable to your tastes, so once in the car we will decide where to go and what to do, whether to make many stops or few, etc. Always with the professional advice of the guide and driver.

Teide National Park
Teide National Park is the most visited in Europe and ninth in the world. We will be in it for several hours and will see examples (in addition to those mentioned below), explained by the guide, of a multitude of geological and natural phenomena. It has the Teide-Pico Viejo stratovolcano which, at 3,718 m, is the highest peak in Spain. It rises 7,500 m above the ocean floor, is considered to be the third tallest volcanic structure in the world and stands in spectacular surroundings. The visual impact of the place is even greater due to the atmospheric conditions that create constantly changing textures and tones in the landscape and a "sea of clouds" that forms a visually stunning backdrop for the mountain. The global importance of Teide is that it is a vivid sample of the geological processes underlying the evolution of the oceanic islands.

5.00Great tour to explore Mt Teide park and mostly the north region of Tenerife island. Great views of the park and its varied geological scenery. Was doable in the day that we had from our cruise ship.

5.00My husband and I were on a cruise that stopped in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and we booked this tour with Antonio. It was definitely the right decision! From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. We got a message from him on Whats App right after we booked the tour so we knew what to expect. The meeting point was very convenient and clear for cruise passengers. The day was perfect! We stopped at several viewpoints along the way up to Mt. Teide that were absolutely stunning! We had plenty of time at Roques de Garcia to marvel at the scene and enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace. We also made several other stops, including in La Laguna where we were able to see the historic area and stop for lunch which we enjoyed thoroughly. My husband had several requests that Antonio happily complied with. It was truly a tour of nature and culture. The tour was tailored to our requests and we never felt rushed. By the end of the tour, we felt like we had a new friend. We came away with a better understanding and appreciation of the Canary Islands. We definitely want to come back. Thanks, Antonio!

5.00We booked this tour based on the good reviews and we were not disappointed. The search for tour to Teide National park was not easy - we were from the cruise ship visiting for one day. Many tours are originated from the opposite (South) side of the island where most hotels are located. We were coming from the Santa Cruz port, which is quite a drive from the park. Communication with our guide Antonio was prompt and courteous, we felt safe. The day was packed with scenic drive, beautiful views, good talks and small walks but we never felt rushed. At the end, we had a leisure walk through the town La Laguna - it was an unexpected delight. Antonio found a small cafe where we finally tasted the fried goat cheese. It was a delicious end to the wonderful day. He brought us back to the ship by dinner time and departure. We especially recommend this tour for cruise passengers - book it as soon as you know your itinerary.

Antonio, our knowledgeable and very friendly guide, an expert in geology, a passionate lover of Tenerife island in general and Teide in particular, revealed so many interesting and hidden secrets about island history, volcanoes formation, unusual rocks, mighty pines, and beautiful, unique views and surroundings..! We had a wonderful, memorable day, despite we met our guide for the first time, it felt as we were visiting an old and a very welcoming friend here in Tenerife)) 100% recommended experience!
