What To Expect
Once you have made your booking you will receive a set of instructions reinforcing the pickup instructions provided as well as your specific departure pickup time. Once you meet the dispatcher at the airport he will call your driver for you. Expect a 5-7 minute wait for the driver to get from the parking area to the pickup point. You will be provided with a vehicle equipped with A/C and a courteous driver to take you to your resort. The vehicle pictures on the product are representational only. We use buses, minivans, and sedans for transportation. The vehicle used for your transfer is based on availability and the number of passengers traveling in your party. For your departure, Check your email received through the messaging app for your confirmed pickup time. Check out and meet your driver at the concierge desk at the main lobby as specified on your reservation. The driver will have your information and will search for you by the name provided on the reservation.

5.00Glendon pick us up from the airport vehicle was clean and comfortable it was about 1.5 hours drive down to Negril and he was very informative pointing out places of interest along the way. I felt comfortable and safe and would definitely use them again next time I'm in Jamaica. Will also recommend to family and friends.
