What To Expect
Upon arrival at the airport you will find your driver with a sign with the name that you issued at the reservation. For your departure to the airport, the driver will show up 15 minutes earlier at the reception and take care of loading your luggage into the vehicle.

5.00Francesco, Alfredo and Alex drove my family to various activities in Noto and its surrounding countryside for a week. They were so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Their cars were impeccably clean and well maintained and they always had fresh cold water for us, which was much appreciated in the heat. They were always on time and great at communicating. 5.00The best drivers in Sicily!!!! Francesco and Danielle drove us from Siracusa to Ragusa for a day trip there and back from our hotel. They were very friendly, fun and knowledgeable when driving us to and from! Would definitely 100% recommend using them for a private transfer.

5.00For a holiday we asked through VOI Hotels for a return transfer from Catania Fontanarossa airport to the VOI Arenella Resort village in Syracuse. First of all, I wanted to praise the maximum punctuality and ease in finding the driver upon arrival at the airport. Waiting for us was the driver Francesco, who immediately helped us with great kindness to carry our luggage to the car, a modern and comfortable Mercedes. Much appreciated was the delivery of a pack of fresh water each. But even more appreciated (especially by my wife who suffers from the car) was the quiet and tear-free driving. For the return from the village to the airport we had Francesco again, who proved more and more kind and helpful accompanying us to the car rental area, as we requested. We have been using NCC services for years now, but perhaps this was the most professional service we have used. VOTE: 10 e lode!
