We provide direct, non-stop ground transportation. We use toll roads where possible (included in the price). **NOTE!!! To properly schedule a pick-up/drop-off, we require a complete pick-up and drop-off address, a cell phone contact number AND an email address for the LEAD TRAVELLER. *Once you have booked with Wheelz Niagara, a booking confirmation and a detailed set of instructions will be sent to you. These instructions will confirm important details of your airport ground transfer i.e. your pickup location/address and pickup time. Please review Carefully. Note: Pick-Up Time!! It allows adequate driving time to the airport with considerations for traffic, bridges, weather etc. it also incorporates specified airport pre-boarding time. Toronto Pearson requests that passengers on all flights arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to take off. We are always on time. Please be ready to depart. My husband and I always rent a car when traveling from one place to another. After doing some research, we stumbled upon this service called Wheelz. We decided to give it a shot and boy were we glad. We booked a transfer from Toronto to Niagara Falls on August 13, and then again August 16, 2019 from Niagara Falls to Toronto Pearson Airport. Both times the drivers were actually 15 minutes early to pick us up. They were very kind, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a site tour as we were driving. On August the 16, our flight was leaving at 830am and we were very worried we would not get there on time. Harold picked us up at 415am. He assured us the entire way that we would make it in plenty of time, and even offered to stop to get coffee if we wanted. Well, we got there in plenty of time and all the stress had been taken off us. We need more services like this when traveling and would do this again in a second. Thanks so much for making our trip to the airport (especially) a safe and relaxing one.
