5.00We had an absolutely incredible experience exploring Osaka with Kalid. From the very beginning, he was warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about sharing the city with us. His knowledge of Osaka’s history, culture, food, and hidden gems was outstanding, and he made every part of the tour engaging and memorable. What really stood out was how helpful and attentive he was throughout the day. He tailored the experience perfectly to our interests, answered every question with enthusiasm, and made us feel completely comfortable and welcomed. It felt less like a standard tour and more like discovering Osaka with a knowledgeable local friend. Kalid’s recommendations were excellent, and thanks to him we got to experience places and details we never would have found on our own. His energy, friendliness, and professionalism truly made the day special. If you’re visiting Osaka and want an authentic, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience, I cannot recommend Kalid highly enough. One of the best tour guides we’ve ever had.

5.00Kai was an absolutely wonderful tour guide in Osaka! She went above and beyond to make our experience memorable by showing us so many incredible sites and sharing the history and culture along the way. She was also extremely helpful with practical advice on navigating the trains, traveling around the city, and recommending amazing places to eat that we never would have found on our own. Her kindness, patience, and knowledge made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We truly appreciated all of her help and would highly recommend Kai to anyone visiting Osaka!

3.00Unfortunately this was nothing close to what we expected. Our tour guide was not outspoken, we had seen two places from our suggested locations. We had felt like following a tail behind. We received some historical information, but overall this trip was not worth the money we paid. We probably would have the same or better experience with the Google Map :(

5.00Mayu went above and beyond on our tour. She gave us so many different samples of food that we really felt like we got a taste of Osaka. In addition, she took numerous photo ops for us as well as taught us some Japanese along the way. Her energy was very warm which made it easy for us to engage with her and ask plenty of questions.

5.00Maria was a fabulous guide and host. She was fun and very knowledgeable. It was raining the day of the tour, and she adjusted the tour accordingly. She took us to little hidden gems and places we would have never discovered on our own. Though it was raining buckets at some places, we had such a fun time with Maria. Of all the places I enjoyed Sumiyoshi Shrine. It was surreal in the rain!She speaks excellent English and I would highly recommend her. Her made our the otherwise tedious rainy rainy fun and wonderful.

5.00Maria was very friendly and knowledgable about Osaka having lived here for 30 years. She met us at our hotel, and we walked and took the subway all over the city. She shared anecdotes that made the city come alive and returned us to our hotel. We were able to navigate to the more interesting places on our own the next day.
