Darwin Street Art
Austin Lane, West Lane and other areas: an unexpected surprise when wandering Darwin's city streets is the murals that adorn the walls of our laneways. Since 2017, the Darwin Street Art Festival has brought vibrancy and colour to the city's walls, with international, national and local artists contributing to the large-scale art gallery. We’ll have photo opportunities in Darwin's celebrated Austin Lane, home to giant street art paintings.

5.00A great way to see and experience Darwin. Though it was a rainy day, we got to see lots of interesting sights. Yvonne and Johnno were great tour guides. The WW2 Darwin War museum was very informative, with the guides showing us the interesting points. A visit to the USS Cleary sight and laying a wreath in memory of the American sailors who died there was heart warming. The food stops were well planned. First appetizers that were “Australian”, then the main meal and meeting the chef was nice. Thanks for a great tour.

5.00We had a great time on this tour. We have lived in Darwin for the past 6 years and walk past the street art daily, but we never knew the stories behind them OR the fact that they are interactive on an app!! That is such a fantastic experience! To top it off, the food we had was amazing and at two of our favourite places, so this made it even more enjoyable. Thankyou to our tour guide Richard, it was a lot of fun 😊
