Driving from Muscat to Nizwa takes approximately 2 hours, offering a scenic journey through Omani landscapes and mountain views. Upon arrival, you will enjoy around 1 hour to explore the lively Nizwa Souq, one of the oldest and most traditional markets in Oman. You will then visit the iconic Nizwa Fort, one of Oman’s most impressive historical landmarks.
