First thing in the morning we depart Muscat and make our way to Nizwa. On the way we will be stopping at a fantastic photo stop in Fanja where we can take pictures and make memories. Fanja is known as the gateway of Al Dakhiliyah region since it is the first city from Muscat. As many people say, it is the most beautiful tourist destinations in the Wilayat of Bid Bid in Al Dakhiliyah region
Birkat Al Mouz Ruins
After, we will continue our way to the old village of Birkat Al Mouz. This village runs up the side of a small mountain that is home to its own oasis containing gorgeous plantations of banana trees and various data palms. You can see the one of a kind irrigation system in Oman known as Aini, Dawoodi, and Ghaily.
Nizwa Souq
After, we will move on to the city of Nizwa. The old capital of Oman, Nizwa is the home of the famous souk markets. We will stop here for a chance to browse and purchase various souveniers such as Omani silver crafts and other handmade items.
Nizwa Fort Oman
Nearby, we will pay a visit to the Nizwa fort. This fortress was built by Sulta Bin Saif Al Yarubi and remains to be the biggest fort in Oman.
Al Hamra
After, we will visit the old village Al Hamra, a 400-year-old town in north eastern Oman. Al Hamra is home to the mountain village of Misfat Al Abryeen.
Al Hamra is also known as Hamra Al Abryeen which is a reference to the Al Abri tribe who live there. This is where some of the oldest preserved houses in Oman can be found.

We wake up to had breakfast in the hotel and soon depart to the biggest, most famous canyon in Sultanate of Oman — Jebel Shams. Just the canyon itself is so remarkable, you can easily lose yourself in wonder. There is so much to see as you walk through.
Bahla Fort
e will then drive down the mountains for approximately 25 km where we will visit Bahla Fort. This fortress is listed by the UNESCO as one of the oldest pieces of heritage in the world.
Jabrin, also known as Jabreen, the town is known for its impressive castle, which was built by the Yaruba dynasty Imam Bil'arab bin Sultan, who ruled from 1679 to 1692 and who was buried on site.

Its was breathaking to see the highest mountain in Oman .Jebel Shamaor the grand canyon of Oman is really amazing formation was amazing .Must see this one if you are planning to come Oman.

A wonderful time to see the beautiful places of Oman .Jebel shams the Grand Canyon is really breathtaking.Our guide he took a good photos and videos for us he was a good photographer that day I highly recommend him if you are planning to book a trip in Oman.

Extraordinary experience at Jabal shams. The over looking of the mountain is really amazing. The temperature when we went there is super cold cant wear only one jacket. Should be atleast 3 clothes. We enjoy the camping. The guide is friendly and chatty. professional driver also.

We did tours with Star Tours Oman for an overnight camping to Jebel shams, the tour was excellent, the guides was friendly. We felt got an experience many different aspect of Oman. it's a beautiful overlooking mountain of Jebel shams, a well planned tour.. Highly recommended to everyone.
