Our Port Transfer service is perfect for individuals on vacation, whether you are a small group or travelling with a large party. Our professional chauffeur will pick you up directly from Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal and provide a private transfer to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) for your flight departure.
Our limousine services operate between Vancouver Airport and all locations in Greater Vancouver, including Downtown Vancouver. Transfers to other locations are also available upon request. Please contact us for details regarding service to Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Delta, Tsawwassen, Langley, New Westminster, and Abbotsford.
At pickup, guests must present their Viator e-ticket (mobile or printed) to the driver for verification. The driver may take a photo of the ticket at pickup as proof of service.

What To Expect
A designated pickup time is required for cruise port service. You may choose your preferred time, or we can recommend one based on your flight departure. We allow 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from your scheduled pickup time. If we are unable to contact you beyond this window, the driver may be released. Additional wait time may be accommodated based on vehicle availability, but it is not included in the Viator rate and must be arranged directly with the local provider. Cruise Port Pickup Procedure: • Upon disembarkation, collect your luggage and proceed through customs and immigration. • Follow the signs for “Limousines, Shuttles, & Private Tours (Door D)” and exit through Door D to the transportation area. • Locate the Limousine Dispatch Booth and check in with the Port Attendant. • Provide your name and state that KJ Limousine Services is your limousine provider. • The port staff will then dispatch your driver from the off-site holding area, and your vehicle will arrive at the passenger pickup zone within 8–10 minutes.

5.00I was skeptical about getting from the cruise ship to the airport for a 10:30am boarding. I was right. After arriving on the ship, I learned they really aimed at noon to 2pm flights. So glad I engaged KJ. Their instructions to on how to navigate post-customs were superb, Edward the driver was waiting and had already texted me that morning. We were at the airport by 9 am and in plenty of time. Thoroughly recommend this company. Professional and really helpful.

5.00Very easy airport transfer from Vancouver cruise terminal. The instructions given were exact and John was great. There are plenty of benches to wait on for about 15 minutes while they call the driver. There's a computer screen that keeps you updated on the progress of the car. Using this service was great and we didn't have to fight the crowds to get a car to take us to the airport quickly. Very easy to communicate with the service and update pickup time as we found out when we could leave the ship.
