What To Expect

Having a requested tour operator at the arrival area of Sangsters International Airport. It is our normal way of having our highlight printed sign, with our company logo and our expected clients name. It is boldly printed and highly visible for persons to see while entering to the outside. After finding our client we then greet with a warm welcome, and then check to confirm names of correct individual to be receive. We assist by bringing clients and any peace of their luggage to the pick up spot. In which they will stay and wait for us to go get our transportation in parking area. We drive around and stop at waiting area where we seated our client and load in their luggage. Our driver immediately ask our client individually for complementary refreshment which is normally Beer or Water. We drove off and state the accommodation we are heading for and make mention of 20-25 minutes drive for arrival. While having a conversation, we inquire if they need any request of stop for anything along the way to their destination. After reaching our destination we unload and wish our client a safe and enjoyable vocation, and to contact Viator if need be for any other of may travel request.

Neico was an amazing driver/guide! He was at the airport to watch us land and at the hotel with more than enough time to get to the airport in time. Both rides to and from the hotel were swift and educational at the same time. He was so great that we decided to get a private tour of luminous lagoon for our only excursion during our trip. When I return I will use him and him only for all rides throughout Jamaica!

Neico was our driver to and from the airport. He was at the airport waiting for us and when it was time for us to leave Montego Bay, 5 days later he was at our resort waiting for us when we checked out. He was super friendly and gets an A+

We loved our private guided tour by Neico of the Rose Hall Great House and around Montego Bay. The tour was filled with history and views of typical Jamaican lifestyle. Neico made the trip even more exciting by showing us local tid bits! We was very personable, catered to our little requests (stopped at Juici Patties for Jamaican Patties) and then an excellent lunch at Scotchies for authentic jerk chicken experience. The tour lasted about 4.5 hours, but they’re very accommodating to whatever you want to do during the tour. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We were greeted at the airport with a smiling face and complimentary cold drinks! Getting through customs took a little longer than expected but our driver, Milton, said “No worries man! Welcome home!” There was no hassle, no stress, no fuss! As we headed to the resort Milton gave us a guided tour along the way. Milton was very knowledgeable and graciously answered all of our questions about his beautiful country. We laughed and enjoyed our interactions and conversations with Milton so much that we specifically requested him as our driver back to Sangster for our departure home. If you are looking for your Jamaican experience to start the minute you step outside the airport then ask for Milton. Yah Mon! You’ll be jamming! Mark & Michele R.

On time and very friendly! If you are in Jamaica and needing transport this is the way to go! Where was my free beer though? Lol
