5.00Our driver picked us up at our B&B and took us on a private tour to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Our driver was an excellent driver, navigating the roads of Naples on Amalfi Coast. We felt safe with our driver. The trip was enjoyable and very comfortable.

5.00My friends and I are well traveled and were looking to do something a little different then what the cruise ship had to offer. Our Driver Edwardo delivered. When had a great and entertaining 6 hit tour of Naples.
I would give 6 stars for Alfonso! He suggested we start a bit earlier to avoid traffic and was accommodating to our preferences

2.00Our tour was supposed to start at 0930 but we didn’t get picked up until after 1130. The communication between our tour guide, Viator and our group was sub par at best. We ended up only being able to go to Pompeii and not see any of the Almafi coast due to poor planning. Would not recommend using this complaint or Viator

3.00Had a great day and a great guide, overall, but some unnecessary stress. Driver showed up and said the company had told him nothing about the day. We headed to Pompei- he called the company several times on the way to ask about our tickets. We ended up having to buy our own after the company called back hours later and told us to do amalfi first (it would have added hours of driving because of their lack of communication). Guide went out of his way to show us a nice time for the rest of the day, and Viator refunded us for the tickets we had to purchase ourselves, but the stress wasn’t great. We asked them the night before what we needed to know, just no great communication.

3.00Our tour of Pompeii was amazing and so worth the time and money. Our guide, Carmine, was extremely knowledgeable, and you can see how much he loves Pompeii and sharing it with others. Our driving tour guide, Alfonso, was so kind and knowledgeable. Both guides were extremely patient and kind with our large group, including 2 small children. We were thrilled with Pompeii, both guides, and the lunch Alfonso arranged for us. My biggest complaint about this excursion is that the ad says you will get to tour Pompeii, Sorrento, and Positano, but we did not. The ad also makes it sound as though you will get to drive along the Amalfi Coast, but we didn’t. We spent 2 hours in Pompeii and then had lunch. We got to take a far away picture of the Amalfi Coast and spend maybe an hour in Sorrento. We were told we could not tour Positano, because everything would be closed. The whole reason we booked this tour was to see Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, AND Positano. It was very disappointing that we didn’t get to see and spend a good amount of time at each location.

5.00This was a wonderful tour. A private minivan with an excellent driver/ guide made it possible for us to see Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, visit Positano and Pompeii. Only thing I would suggest is better communication between local guide, Viator and myself- if you have any issues with cellphone connectivity, this can be quite a challenge. Nicolas was a very helpful guide and made every minute count. We are very happy we took this tour!

5.00Our driver/guide was Michele. This was such a beautiful experience! We loved the privacy in being in the car and being comfortable. Michele timed our tours within places to places so effectively that even though we only had about 12 hours for the whole tour since we were part of the cruise, and even though we had to rush through -- it still did not feel as rushed. We had to skip Amalfi because of the distance and he anticipated the traffic which was a good call because going back we saw the huge traffic and we were glad we weren't stuck in it! We visited Positano first then Sorento, then Pompeii. He really took care of us and was very knowledgeable of history. We had such a good time and lunch in Pompeii was great! We made it back to our cruise ship with still an hour to spend. Thank you Michele for taking care of us and making sure we were safe and had a good time!
