What To Expect

THIS INITIATION is a good way to DISCOVER diving in half a day in a secure setting. You will receive a briefing from your instructor about safety rules and procedures, exercises you will practice, hand signals, diving equipment, marine life, dive sites, etc. Before diving, you will have to perform some exercises in our swimming pool or directly at sea in a shallow sandy area. These are exercises to learn for your safety. On top, we will teach you some exercises to get your neutral buoyancy. Once ready, you can upgrade this initiation to a scuba dive, with your instructor, 1 shallow dive around 5 to 10 meters for about 40 minutes at Haad Yao Beach or even Koh Maa, and go diving at Sail Rock the day after. You will obtain a recognition card named "BASIC DIVER" for your experience if you do at least 1 dive. However, remember that this is not a certification. The first level is the Open Water Diver course (3-day course). You will get a discount price to dive with us for more dives around Koh Phangan or at the Sail Rock dive site.
