What To Expect
○ From Seoul(Or Busan) Hotel 1. Our Driver team will contact you one day before the tour. 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time ○ From Seoul(Or Busan) Station 1. Your driver (or driver team) will guide you to the meeting place. 2. Driver team provide real-time support. ○ Seoul + Busan Package Reservation package includes: - Pick-up from your Seoul hotel, drop-off at Seoul Station - Pick-up from Busan Station, drop-off at your Busan hotel * The opposite is also possible. ○ please be sure to provide your hotel departure time and the train number you have booked. ○ luggage allowance - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) ○ Notes. - This is a one-way transfer service - Please allow at least one hour for transportation from the hotel to the station. (Reservation staff will confirm departure time after booking.)

5.00When we got out from arrival hall, the chap was there. Nothing fancy, took our luggage and brought us to the van. He got a little confused initially due to various IFC malls driveways, which were not differentiated from Conrad’s. At one point, he stopped to unload our luggage, but I pointed out to him that the hotel was not at that driveway. I showed him the map and he managed to drop us off at the right driveway. We felt bad as the flight was delayed for 40 minutes from Singapore due to late arrival of the plane from Surabaya as they were on transit in Singapore to Seoul. The driver was patient, didn’t look angry with us. Whew!
