Meet your private guide at your central Shanghai hotel at your prefered time.Tell your guide if there’s anything you want to see more of on your tour: your itinerary is flexible and can be 100% customized around you. Following is the sample itinetary and you are welcome to discuss with your guide if you want to customize your own tour. Typically, you will visit The Bund , the colonial-era promenade along the Huangpu River. Admire the stunning views of old and new Shanghai, including buildings such as the Bund's Old Customs House and iconic skyscrapers.
Yu Garden
Then, follow your guide to Yu garden ( Closed on every Mondays), here you will enjoy explore the five century old garden built with charming chambers, exquisitive rockeries, ponds ,pavillions doctted in the lush greens while learning the fasinating history from your guide.

5.00The range of old and modern, natural and constructed sites/sights was fantastic, as was the beautiful lunch included with the tour. With limited time in Shanghai, we couldn't possibly have covered so much without the expert help of our competent driver and, particularly, our wonderful, friendly and knowlegable guide, Linda. 5.00We had an amazing tour with Fei Fei. She was very professional and allowed us to tailor the tour to our needs and wants on the fly. Her English was perfect and she did a great job explaining where we were and what was important about the location we were visiting. She took us to a local restaurant in the Shanghai Tower that caters to the Chinese who work in the building rather than a touristy restaurant which was an excellent choice. The 8 hour tour went by so quickly and we were never looking at our watch to see how much time is left.

5.00Essential for traveling to a new city. We had a fantastic experience with our guide, Lea. We visited so many areas of Shanghai in one day that we had a great overview of the city. Lea was personable and made us feel like we were being exploring with a friend. She helped us navigate the public transportation system, ride hailing, and helped us manage AliPay so we are set up for success as we traverse China. So grateful that this was our first tour in a new city. We are now confident in our travels and really enjoyed experiencing Shanghai from a local perspective. 5.00the private tour was fantastic. Highly recommend! Our guide spoke English very well, gave thorough background on the places we visited and answered all our questions. The lunch was delicious too. With a driver we were able to relax and be efficient with our time. The whole day was very well paced. The tea tasting and shopping excursion were added bonuses!

5.00I was very happy with my solo day tour. I had good communication prior to the day of the tour. My guide, Wing, has seen the changes in Shanghai over much of her life, so she has lived during a period of rspid change. She did a good job sharing details about each site we visited. I appreciated the depth of information about the various Buddha figures and elements in the Jade Temple and Yu Yuan Garden..I enjoyed lunch at the stop she suggested. Getting historical information about The Bund and the French Quarter helped with understanding the development of this remarkable city.

Her English is great, her explanations are clear and interesting, and she was flexible with the schedule, always patient and helpful with things like restaurants, transport, and practical tips.
