What To Expect
We offer direct communication with our guests to ensure they are welcomed and accommodated. You can expect a message directly from your driver prior to your shuttle with specific instructions on where to meet the vehicle. All Kelowna Transfers vehicles are well marked and branded, as are your friendly staff. Once contact is made, your driver will collect your bags and equipment, escort you to the shuttle vehicle, stow your baggage and the journey will begin.

5.00I had a fantastic shuttle back from Big White today. Called Kelowna Transfers last minute needing a ride down the mountain back to Kelowna and they sent a private vehicl right away! My driver was fantastic and the vehicle was new and clean and even spoiled me with massaging seats. I had called two other shuttle companies before Kelowna Transfers and neither wanted to pick me up. Kelowna Transfers was the only company that said yes and helped me out. I highly recommend Kelowna Transfers and will only use them for my Kelowna shuttles moving forward. Thank you for the great service.

5.00We just returned from Big White Ski Resort and had another great shuttle experience with Kelowna Transfers. This was our second year using this company and they always show up on time with a clean vehicle ready to go! This year we were spoiled with a luxurious SUV that had massaging seats. This was first class all the way! Thanks again to Steven for a great trip. See you again later this season.

5.00We used Kelowna Transfers for our trip from the Kelowna airport up to Big White, and it was perfect. Our driver was waiting when we landed, helped with all our ski gear, and made the drive up the mountain super comfortable. The vehicle was clean, warm, and had plenty of space for luggage.
