I cannot say more great things about this company! We used them from GYE to CUE and from CUE to GYE and they were game changers! Super great and flexible staff, easy to communicate with, and not to mention they were able to accommodate our less than ideal travel times. I would HIGHLY recommend

Good and adventure. It is awesome but driver should use their iPhone for gps or direction instead use our iPhone It is okay for us to please let all driver use their iPhone for gps or direction instead customer’s iphone. Steven took picture of us in his iPhone so you can look that picture

This was my third excursion with Javier and I cannot praise his service and his company's service enough. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and helpful. My husband and I have been planning on relocating to Ecuador as well as touring during our visits and Javier was accommodating whenever we asked him questions about living in Ecuador as opposed to only talking about tour stuff. He was/is a great driver with a large comfortable vehicle. If you are looking for a good tour company with spot on treatment please contact Cuenca Bestours.

Our private transportation from Guayaquil to Cuenca could not have been better. We felt very safe and comfortable in the immaculate company SUV. Our driver, Steven, was fabulous - capable, friendly, and accommodating. He was such a pleasure to be with. Booking process was easy and thorough. Highly recommend this service.

We just needed a transfer to Guayaquil, but had no idea how beautiful the drive would actually be. It was spellbinding & gorgeous in many areas, with a feeling like you were driving on a lunar landscape, then suddenly emerging into lush & tropical greenery. We drove above & through the clouds, quite literally, and I couldn't stop taking pictures. Very grateful to have changed my mind from flying to Guayaquil & taking this shuttle instead. Thank you again, Homero!

Agency was constantly in touch and driver was waiting for us on time. Car was in a good condition and they provided free water. Driver Steven was very friendly and did his job well. We stopped on the road to taste local fruits and had photos and bought something. Then we had second stop to view the sunset. Sunset was spectacular and one of the most beautiful sunsets in our life. Recommend to everyone. Big thanks to Steven!

The company provided a safe and reliable drive through the Andes with a very capable driver. Some parts of the road were covered in a mud slide and some fallen rocks but that did not hinder the driver. He knew the road well.

I was driven by Steven from Guayaquil to Cuenca and back. He is absolutely wander full person with great command of English. He is a very safe driver to be around. The high way to Cuenca takes to a very high elevation up to 4000 meter. It’s not an easy drive but Steven was driving safe and has been very attentive. Many thanks to him for a great drive and time while driving together.
