What To Expect
We offer direct communication with our guests to ensure they are welcomed and accommodated. You can expect a message directly from your driver prior to your shuttle with specific instructions on where to meet the vehicle. All Kelowna Transfers vehicles are well marked and branded, as are your friendly staff. Once contact is made, your driver will collect your bags and equipment, escort you to the shuttle vehicle, stow your baggage and the journey will begin. All shuttles to Big White Ski Resort include a 1 hour stop for grocery or other items. Your driver will take you directly to where you would like to shop. Once shopping is complete, your driver will load your items and begin the journey up the mountain to your accommodation. Your service includes drop off at your front door.

5.00I would like to highlight the great service my husband and I received from this company. I booked a vehicle to take us from the Kelowna airport to our accommodation at big white ski resort. The lady I spoke with at this company was extremely professional professional and provided all options and suggested the best time to arrange our shuttle. When our flight landed in Kelowna, they were at the airport terminal to meet us and even helped with our bags as we loaded up the vehicle. Our driver David was extremely kind and stopped at three stores for us to pick up supplies as we were heading to the resort for nine days. This was a great way to begin our trip in Canada. We have now booked our return trip with this company as well. If anyone is going to big white to ski, I would recommend contacting Kelowna Transfers.

5.00We hired Kelowna Transfers with less than an hour's notice and the person on the phone was so kind and set us up with a private vehicle right away! Our driver Casey was so kind and pulled up to the airport with a Mercedes bus just for us. OMG it was such a great ride up and he even stopped at a Starbucks to get us a coffee on the way! We're working up at the mountain this winter and will use Kelowna Transfers for our return. Ask for Casey! I highly recommend this company, they are so professional and communicate fast.

5.00We had the most lovely driver and shuttle from the Kelowna airport to our seasonal residence at Big White. Our driver was very kind and drove us in a very nice Lincoln Navigator. It spoiled us! I’m so pleased there is this service in Kelowna now. We will use this company from now on for all our shuttles in Kelowna. Thank you Casey for a lovely driver and chat.
