What To Expect

According to the schedule you provided, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival's hall holding a greeting sign with your name and the Tripadvisor logo on it. After you claim your baggage, he will take you to the vehicle. Once you are ready to depart, he will offer you a bottle of water. If you need a private car we only use modern and spacious SUV; in case you are up to 6 people, we count with comfortable minivans, where you will relax and have a pleasant journey. The price is per vehicle (car/SUV - Minivan). There are not any guides in this transportation, our drivers do not speak English, but do not worry, any additional request you may have, please do not hesitate to ask for it in advance (ATM's, grocery store, booster seats, etc.). Anything else, not listed in this post is not included.

Hader Bustamante was great! Friendly, informative and incredibly attentive to every need. We probably would have pieced together less comfortable, slower rides in the name of cost, but as soon as we met Hader, we knew we had our transportation for the whole trip. In addition Bukap was easy and very willing to meet us where we were and even make last minute changes as our itinerary changed.

See less experience. Driver was waiting at the arrivals as we walked out of baggage claim. Friendly and efficient service. Even pointing out things of note along our trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for private transfers around the area.

Bukap offers amazing services, my mom and I had the opportunity to travel with Juan Carlos from Santa marta’s airport to palomino (round trip). The car was very neat and clean, Juan Carlos was very professional and friendly, his driving was careful, safe and full of great conversations, we are really glad that we found Bukap, it is our new favorite transport. we highly recommend them for all trip purposes

We have a fantastic transfer from our hotel in Santa Marta to the Santa Marta hotel. We were worried because our flight was at 8am so we had to be up early, but the driver showed up 15 minutes early, was waiting outside our hotel, and dropped us off at the airport perfectly on time. He even had bottles of water in the back seat. Would highly recommend this transfer service!!
