5.00Mirza was an amazing guide, very personable and knowledgeable of the entire tour. He interpreted Japanese for us when needed, and created a wonderful unforgettable experience. He was a great photographer! Mt Fuji was also very cooperative on the day, it was in clear view for the entire tour.

5.00We had an incredible experience on our private tour of Mount Fuji today. We are very happy with the experience especially with our dear driver Hadi. He picked us up early from our hotel and was extremely communicative from the start, making everything smooth and stress-free. Throughout the day, he gave us thoughtful options for our itinerary and clearly knew how to plan the perfect route—we were able to avoid large crowds and enjoy each location at the best possible times. Hadi drove very safely and shared fascinating tidbits about Japanese history and culture along the way, which made the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations. We were lucky to have great visibility of Mount Fuji, and Hadi knew the exact spots at every stop to capture stunning views. He also took amazing photos of us and was incredibly patient, taking multiple shots until we were happy—both individually and together. He went above and beyond in every way, even recommending delicious ice cream flavors and making sure our experience felt truly special and personalized. We highly recommend Hadi—he is an irreplaceable asset to this touring company, and we will cherish this memory for a lifetime.

5.00This tour was spectacular! Maz was our guide, and he was excellent. He messaged us on WhatsApp the day before the tour to introduce himself and to re-confirm our pickup time. The morning of our tour, he messaged us when he had reached the hotel and provided his exact location. He made sure that we saw everything on our wish list… Plus … he went out of his way to make sure that we experienced some of the more local sites, as well as some “off the beaten path” sites – which we never would have thought of on our own. These turned out to be some of the most memorable highlights of our tour. Maz provided information about each of the sites we visited, and his English was impeccable…so no communication problems whatsoever. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
