5.00Our group had a wonderful experience on our Kyoto tour with Yuma. From the moment we met, he was welcoming and incredibly kind. He shared his knowledge of Kyoto with so much enthusiasm and humour. The locations were diverse, well paced with various opportunities to break and reenergise. Food recommendations were also on the money! By the end of the day, we all said we wished he could join us for the rest of our Japan trip! Fantastic tour and a memorable experience. Traveling with family can be challenging, but he made the entire journey comfortable and stress-free. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group. 5.00What an amazing day!! We were picked up at our airbnb by our guide Issar, who was punctual and also recommended we start earlier due to forecast and crowds. It turned out to be an excellent idea because we got amazing views of My Fuji and always seemed to be leaving all the locations as the crowd showed up. Issar was a lovely guide and knew a lot about each location. 10/10 would recommend!

5.00We were very fortunate to have good weather and enjoyed a beautiful view of Mt Fuji during our trip. Our guide Hadi was very informative and helpful. He is very knowledgeable with the history of Japan and answered our questions well. He was very obliging for us to be flexible with the itinerary, provided good suggestions for meals, and even offered to queue for us for ice cream at the flower garden. He shared personal stories of life in Japan which was interesting and helped us to understand and appreciate the culture of this beautiful country and its very polite people. He also showed us photos so that we could compare the sights and scenery at different seasons.

5.00Our entire day was seamless, scenic, and full of unforgettable moments. Our driver Jeff was amazing; he contacted us the day before so that we were aware that with the weather we were unlikely to see Mt Fuji and he helped us to look for some alternative places to visit instead of visiting the mountain. He took us to stunning Temples, shrines, to areas of scenic beauty and we spent time at the peaceful Lake Ashi and the Hakone region. He helped us find a great local restaurant where we had a wonderful lunch and every stop felt thoughtfully chosen. The private experience made all the difference; no rushing, just a relaxed day tailored to what we wanted to see. He spoke excellent English and answered all our questions about the region, and we learned about the area’s history, culture, and natural landscape, and even though we did not see the mountain we had an amazing time. A fantastic way to experience one of Japan’s most iconic regions. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a smooth, scenic, and truly memorable day.
