5.00Highly recommend a private tour for those who are pressed for time. Our driver David was very informative where he would point out points of interests. We did the Mt. Fuji/Hakone tour. He was very attentive and flexible to ensure we saw everything we wanted to do on our list. Really satisfied with everything.

The lunch spot he recommended was fantastic - authentic and very good food. He stayed with us to be sure we were taken care of and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend for a family - much better than a big bus.

5.00We had an excellent day, thanks to tour guide Ali. He was extremely knowledgeable and his company was enjoyable! We learned a lot about the region surrounding Mt. Fuji and the Japanese culture. Ali gave us several options of things to see and tailored the day to our requests, including an ask for a local lunch experience. Thank you Ali!

5.00First time in Japan and wanted to see Mt. Fuji and the surrounding area.. are first mistake was staying in the Mt. Fuji area. Why? The travel there was brutal three trains and an hour bus ride with our luggage. We made it but the return trip was going to be even worse. That is where Ali and the tour helped a lot. If we had known in advance that they pickup and drop off from Tokyo it would have saved us a ton of time however we were able to get dropped off back in Tokyo and avoid the travel nightmare. That being said the tour was comfortable and informative are driver spoke good English and helped with translation he customized the trip to see what we wanted to see and it was nice we had a great lunch and then followed that up with some very good ice cream. It was really good we then casually toured the old town and then were brought back to Tokyo with all of our bags. Note don’t haul your luggage all over and try to navigate the public transit system. The tour overall was great a very nice driver and some beautiful scenery.
