5.00Fabi was an excellent tour guide and a very safe driver. He is very knowledgeable about the whole area. We saw three temples, multiple lakes and he ensured we saw three parts of Mt Fuji, summit, middle and peak. We had an enjoyable and scenic boat trip around Kawaguchi lake. He took us to an excellent local Japanese restaurant close to the lake.

1.00Very disappointed in this tour. The mountain incline didn’t work for the last 2 months, yet that info wasn’t available until tour day. That was 1 reason I pick the tour. The first village & 1st shrine stop were the only positives. Guide was very nice, but so soft spoken that it was hard to understand him. We expected more information about the upcoming sites along the way. Limited info from guide. The tour started promptly at 8am and ended at 4:30pm instead of 6pm. He was accommodating to drop us off at a restaurant instead of hotel. This is the worst private tour we have experienced. The weather was cloudy so we knew we couldn’t see Mt Fiji. We did not hold that as part of our feedback.

5.00We had a fantastic day on our private Mt. Fuji tour with Areeb! Everything was easy and well organized from start to finish. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We got to see some incredible views of Mt. Fuji, visit beautiful spots around the area, and learn a lot along the way. Having a private tour made a huge difference because we could take our time, ask questions, and enjoy the day at our own pace. The car was comfortable, the schedule was flexible, and our guide knew all the best places for photos. We'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan and wanting a memorable day around Mt. Fuji. Thanks for such a great experience!

5.00This was our first trip to Japan and we had three generations in our family on this trip. My 77 year old mother in law, my wife and I and our 7 year old son. We had interest seeing Mt Fuji and as it turned out this was the perfect way to do it! Maz was our tour guide and the day before texted me to confirm and coordinate pickup time. He picked us up from our hotel and was such a great guide. Leaving Tokyo he accommodated a restroom and breakfast stop before we made it to Mt Fuji. This flexibility was so helpful with our group makeup. The drive was smooth and Maz knew so much about Japanese History in general and about the areas we visited. Each location we visited he made sure we got the most out of it and skipped over the more mundane or tourist trap things. The big thing with Mt. Fuji is that it is unpredictable in the summer if you can see it. We got very lucky at the museum stop and saw briefly. Then as we drove away from the lake and Mt. Fuji it came out again and he stopped pulled over for a group picture to make sure we captured the moment. As a guide he was very well informed and in general just a pleasure to speak with and learn more about him and answer any questions we had about Japan. I would strongly recommend this as the preferred way to go to Mt Fuji.

5.00Obviously the day is centered around the impressive Mt Fuji, but you may not see her. The weather is always a factor. Our guide was doing everything he could to adjust our agenda with the ultimate goal of a picture perfect moment with Mt. Fuji. We had success! It's a long 10 hour day but very comfortable van for our family of 3. We saw 4 very unique and different historical places, drove by each of the 5 lakes, and Mt. Fuji while stopping as needed for water, food, souvenir and toilet breaks. Jeff was very kind, patient, funny and knowledgeable! It was a great, FULL day!

5.00Ali was an absolutely wonderful driver and guide- friendly, humorous, and knowledgeable. He listened and offered realistic suggestions on what we could see/accomplish. We were a large group (2 families, 4 kids) - he was very sweet and patient with our kids, even when some were testing limits. Highly recommend him and this tour! Thank you Ali!
