5.00We hade an incredible day with our guide/driver Puscal. He gave us special tips and made our day totally memorable. He gave us interesting facts of everything we experienced. He took us to a nice ice cream place and a local restaurant and it was great!

5.00Haan was our tour guide and Jeff assisted. The day was so wonderful !!! The day started off with rain… we had wanted to see Mt Fuji very much but it was too cloudy ! We went to 2 shrines near Mt Fuji and a boat ride ! All were magical! Had lunch and Haan kept saying the weather may clear. He wanted to show us Mt Fuji as badly as we wanted to see it! We went to a couple other sites around the area. Haan kept saying he thought the mountain was going to show itself as he stalled leaving the area. All of a sudden the weather did start to clear and just as we were about to leave to go back to our hotel ———- Mt Fuji appeared in all its glory !!!!! Haan pulled the car over into a parking lot so we could get out and get our pictures of it! It was glorious and he cared so much about making sure we saw all that we wanted to see! And Jeff was a great photographer and helped me shop for souvenirs, and added info to our tour also !! We have the most fantastic pictures because of these two gentlemen and I want to thank them very much for a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget!!! Thank you both !!!!!!

5.00Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Herb garden was lovely. The only feedback I have is that I wish Viator had made it clear that the 5th gate is generally not open until mid-April as that was one of the main reasons we booked the tour

5.00We are so happy we decided to book this service instead of trying to organize this trip ourselves. Our driver, Abdul was very informed and an excellent driver. He advised us to leave earlier than we had intended and thanks to that idea we actually managed to see Mt. Fuji before the clouds moved in and it was way less crowded. All in all a great experience.

5.00Mt Fuji is a special place and surrounding the area is a wonderful cultural experience. Azhar did an amazing job managing the travel to multiple locations surrounding Mt Fuji, recommending special viewing areas, imersing us in the culture. The transportation was exceptional in a comfortable, clean and newish van. Azhar helped identify the best viewing locations, cultural food and the quality of the trip. He also helped in the many picture taking tasks and was polite and very respectful. I would recommend this imersive day in the Mt Fuji cultural area. Special nod to Azhar for all of his work. He was calming, professional and punctional. Geat tour.
