5.00The entire experience was incredible and top notch! As soon as I completed my purchase, Abdul, our driver and guide, reached out to me and suggested we leave earlier than the 8am departure I chose. He suggested 6am, and although it seemed too early, I am so glad we decided to take his suggestion and leave earlier. As a result of leaving early, we had no traffic, no lines at the sites or crowds. We were actually the first at every site. We had no specific itinerary so we asked Abdul to help us and his suggestions were perfect. The commute was great, Abdul’s English was very good, he was very professional and kind and took great care and interest in making sure we (my wife, 3 young girls and I) had the best experience possible. The tour, views and experience was priceless. I am so glad we chose this tour. Totally recommend and would do over again in a heartbeat.

5.00The Driver: I got Abdul assigned as my driver. He has good English, is knowledgeable of the areas of the tour, had friendly and casual conversations, and was open to the schedule and pacing of the tour. Abdul contacted me via WhatsApp and gave some recommendations (more in the next part). The Tour: The tour has rescheduling flexibility, but note the refund policy and deadline of payments. I used the website isfujivisible.com to check if the mountain was going to be visible on my dates. Abdul made several great recommendations. An earlier start than I had put in during booking helped the tour avoid traffic and crowds. I didn't have to line up and fight crowds for most of the tour. The recommended lunch spot at an authentic Japanese restaurant was also stellar. Finally, we had extra time to visit some spots I personally wanted to see in the Fujikawaguchico area, since we started and finished earlier than anticipated. Some notes: there will be areas where you have to pay (parking, restaurant, souvenirs), so make sure to bring cash. I also tend to walk at a brisk pace, so I was usually back at the vehicle before our agreed call time.

5.00We had a great experience with Puskal! It was the best day to see Mt Fuji - clear skies, and sunny weather. He was able to bring us to all the major spots and gave us a lot of fun facts. For lunch, he brought us to a sushi spot he often frequents himself which was a fun experience. Thanks, Puskal!

5.00This was one of the best tours I have ever booked online. David, our guide for the day, picked us up right outside our hotel and was at the pick up location early. He was very polite and accommodating, anything we asked or requested he made it possible. In addition to being a knowledgeable tour guide he also was our personal photographer for the day. The sights were obviously beautiful but what made it even better was the insight of our tour guide. We were able to stop at 6 sights in one day, luckily we also had the best weather possible. Thank you so much again, David! We cannot recommend this tour enough. If you only choose to do one tour, definitely book with this company.
