    Absolutely 5 stars! Our tour with Miyuki was unforgettable. She was wonderful with our kids—so kind, patient, and attentive. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she provided fantastic commentary that really brought everything to life. Miyuki’s knowledge and warm personality made the day extra special. And of course, Mt Fuji was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide—highly recommend!

    Great shore excursion. Picked up promptly from the port (the provider even adjusted our times to coincide with the change by the ship). We visited the beautiful 400 year old Kunozan Toshogu Shrine arriving via the ropeway. Next we climbed the Nihondaira Terrace Observatory to view Mt Fuji. Despite blue skies, we had low cloud obscuring the mountain. However, while viewing the green tea field, the clouds parted and the stunning Mt Fuji became clearly visible. Our third stop was to Miho beach and the Pine Tree Grove with more classic views of Mt Fuji. Both our guide “Hero” and driver were excellent - exceptionally clean vehicle and careful driving, and Hero had great information and stories to add to our tour. Highly recommend this tour if cruising. Lots of sites were covered in the time frame. Thank you Hero and Mr Fujisan

    Hiroko was a knowledgeable and patient guide for the day for our family of 4. We learned a lot and saw all the key sights without feeling rushed. The van was very comfortable too. There is nothing we would have changed.
