5.00Our driver waited patiently for almost 2 hours because our disembarkation from the ship was so chaotic. We communicated by text and he assured me there was no problem and to let him know when we were exiting the terminal. Then he was there with our name. He loaded our vehicle,, which was extremely comfortable, and clean, and we were off to our hotel. You can rely on this company for excellent service.

5.00Our transfer was great — on-time, pleasant and efficient. The driver contacted us ahead of time with all the details. When they made a last minute change of driver, they communicated the change clearly and it was no problem. The driver had a hard time finding our hotel entrance and we ended up being dropped off in the car park of an adjacent shopping mall, but it was very easy to find the hotel from there.

3.00The transfer provider was easy to communicate with prior to collection and confirmed pick up, and was on time. The driver did say he had a sore arm and got the men to load all the bags in and out of the van. He wasn’t very talkative to provide any further local knowledge, unless he was specifically asked a question. A good professional experience, just not as fun and friendly as other transfer options.

1.00Upon recently arriving on a cruise ship at the Singapore Cruise Terminal. My wife and I ventured out to obtain a taxi to go into the city. I was flabbergasted to see a long row of Private vehicles (SUV'S) awaiting passengers. They were wanting to charge over $50 for a fare. The local taxis are available further along the walkway away from the terminal at the normal metered fare.They are not allowed in the area of the Private vehicles. This is an absolute rort as the Private vehicles pay $10 to the port authority for the exclusive privilege. We witnessed many elderly and first time arrivals having to take up this ridiculous service, not knowing otherwise. Do yourself a favour, walk a bit further and get a real taxi with a meter.
