The company explained the issue and noted that a driver would meet me shortly. Described what I was wearing and a driver met me in <3 minutes. 5.00Process was very efficient. Driver contacted us on Whatsapp letting us know that he was there and sent a picture showing where to meet him. We walked into the arrival hall and easily found him. Car was comfortable with lots of room for luggage.

5.00Our driver waited patiently for almost 2 hours because our disembarkation from the ship was so chaotic. We communicated by text and he assured me there was no problem and to let him know when we were exiting the terminal. Then he was there with our name. He loaded our vehicle,, which was extremely comfortable, and clean, and we were off to our hotel. You can rely on this company for excellent service.

5.00Our transfer was great — on-time, pleasant and efficient. The driver contacted us ahead of time with all the details. When they made a last minute change of driver, they communicated the change clearly and it was no problem. The driver had a hard time finding our hotel entrance and we ended up being dropped off in the car park of an adjacent shopping mall, but it was very easy to find the hotel from there.
