She was highly knowledgeable about the development and history of the city, and showed us some of the cultural highlights we were hoping to see. The company’s website is informative, and the booking and payment process was extremely convenient and straightforward. Prior to our scheduled date, our tour guide, Rachel, contacted us to go over all the details. Rachel was simply fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the city’s history, religious, and cultural traditions. She structured the city tour perfectly, included breaks, took wonderful photos of us, and paid special attention to the needs of our 6-year-old son. It was an extremely interesting and informative half-day; we had a great time, and I highly recommend both the company and Rachel to everyone.
