We warmly welcome you and tell you the story of Finnhorses. During the introduction, we will get acquainted with the past and present life of the draft horse we use.

During the sleigh ride (or wagon ride during snowless seasons) we sit down on the reindeer hides and enjoy the ride under the warm blankets. A thermos mug of hot drink warms from the inside. Our route winds through the atmospheric forest of Lapland. At the end of the ride, in addition to a warm drink, we enjoyed snacks by the campfire.

A very enchanting sleigh ride in a genuine one-horse open sleigh! We had a very lovely time on our private ride over a fresh layer of snow. Our guide, Nikita was very knowledgeable about the horse and was very sweet and the time of snacks in the warming hut was such a sweet surprise! I highly recommend this sleigh ride and this operator; just because to book in advance if coming here during the Christmas season.

We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The beautiful Finnhorse and the driver took us on a ride through the snow forest and right through the middle of the Santa clause village. After that we were kindly invited to the Kota where we were generously treated to sausages, biscuits, marshmallows and of course Glogi and water. We had a lovely chat with the owner of the stables and learned a lot about the horses and the beautiful Finish Lapland.
