Awesome experience of the Icelnd’s beautiful south coast from waterfalls, walk on the glacier, to the black sand beach!

5.00Thomas was an awesome guide who took us to all the “don’t miss” locations of Iceland’s south coast! He was very knowledgeable about the history and ecology of Iceland which was a definite plus! He tok us out to walk the Sólheimajökulll glacier and we felt completely safe and was such a personal tour (and not bunched up with 20 other hikers). It was certainly the highlight of our tour. And unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend if you want to have that customized and personal experience touring Iceland without being rushed and herded onto a charter bus!

5.00Thomas our guide was fantastic. His knowledge of the glaciers and volcanoes was quite extensive. He was energetic, interactive and social. He told us about the history and culture of the places we visited in perfect detail. He adapted the tour to fit our wants and he went way out of his way to make sure we had the best day. My daughter went as far as calling it a perfect day. Waterfalls, glaciers, black beaches, he knew them all and showed us those that, though not as famous, were sometimes even better than the advertised ones. We even stopped off for ice cream I highly recommend them and when we go back, we will only use this company. I cannot say enough positive things about EV Travel!

5.00This was the most amazing Glacier Hike. Thomas made it perfect with adventure we were excited about! He had all the safety equipment and truly catered to our needs and wants! The sites after the hike were awesome. This was so well thought out as far as timing of our entire day!

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Thomas and EV Travel. Not only was the communication prior to our arrival both prompt and professional but our experience in Iceland was superb. We booked multiple tours over the course of our stay directly with EV Travel. (The drop-down menu will only let me select one but we loved each tour we went on with EV Travel). Booking all excursions direclty with Thomas and EV Travel allowed us to be flexible with the tours to capitalize on changing weather conditions. I was traveling with my kids (ages 17, 16, 14 and 10) and truly appreciated the ease of pick-ups/drop-offs each day. Thomas was very knowledgeable and answered my children's many questions with grace and patience. They learned a lot during our week in Iceland about glaciers, volcanos, Icelandic history and culture. We all agreed it was probably the best vacation we have taken together. We are so appreciative that Thomas and EV Travel helped us plan and execute this once-in-a-lifetime trip.
