5.00Laurence Martin (LOLO) is a treasure. Everything you would hope for in a dance instructor: gentle, patient, passionate, knowledgeable, experienced, funny, talented, and most of all joyful in the artform. One of us has a background in dance and one of us does not (to out it lightly). She beautifully navigated both our skill sets so we could dance together in a way that didn’t feel impossible for the novice or boring for the expert. She’s a MUST!

Laurence turned it into a wonderful experience — she is not only very knowledgeable, but also very welcoming and encouraging. Time flew by!

An approach to dance, a look of her on tango, that allowed me to delve into the rhythms, the forms, the secrets of dance, and accompanied by Lolo who put the body to a beautiful class! It was a process, as I took several classes, and I recommend anyone who wants to have a contact with the multiple tickets that tango offers, for pleasure, or professionally!
