Kimono & Tea Ceremony Experience (Approx. 90 minutes) Price: ¥10,000 per person (tax included) Includes: • Kimono dressing with full set of kimono, obi, and accessories • Tea ceremony experience (instructor’s demonstration + hands-on practice) • Photo support inside the tea room • Traditional Japanese sweets and matcha served in the tea room After the experience, you will change out of the kimono on-site. Kimono rental for going out is not available.

I enjoyed a relaxing tea ceremony experience in a traditional tea room after being dressed in a beautiful kimono. There were so many kimono styles to choose from, and even the selection process was a lot of fun. All the staff were very kind, and I felt completely comfortable even though it was my first time. They also shared some stories about Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which made this experience feel perfect after visiting the shrine. This is a wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone sightseeing in Nikko.

A truly special experience. I joined this tea ceremony while walking from Toshogu Shrine toward the station. I was able to enjoy authentic matcha along with sweets that looked like works of art. Ayaka was very graceful and incredibly knowledgeable. Her explanations were very easy to understand, and I learned a lot. It was truly a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nikko.
