5.00Amir our guide arrived on time and took us on a tour that matched our interests. Fish market, gardens , temples and food markets. Amir is very knowledgeable about Japan and Tokyo city. Having spent 4 years working here he was very passionate about what Tokyo can offer . He explained in detail how Japanese people live and work and how friendly and respectful live in Tokyo is . He can tailor your trip to your desires and fill your day with he knowledge. Amir will do his best to make your tour a special day.

5.00Loved our 4 hour tour with Megumi aka Meggy! Such a delightful, informative guide, who took our family of 7 to Meiji Jingu for New Years good fortune and then through crazy busy areas of Tokyo . Our kids loved all of the sights, esp our Ramen lunch which she arranged. Best of the many ramen meals we ate. She was so gracious and related easily and well w our various personalities. Definitely worth the time and money. as not sure we would have seen all of the sights on our own.
A disappointingly lacking tour

3.00Even though our guide was a lovely chap I’m afraid that I can’t possibly recommend this tour. Our guide’s grasp of English, and of Japanese and Tokyo history, seemed seriously lacking. We had a 2 hour tour of Ometosando, the Meiji shrine, Takeshita Street and the Shibuya Crossing but during this period very little information on the history of these areas or what made them special was proffered. As I say, I feel bad about writing a negative review as our guide was a great guy and helpful with a few recommendations etc but he seemed to see his job as largely a photographer without a camera. We have been on many, many good walking tours of European cities (paying a fraction of the £135 we paid for this Tokyo tour) that have been far, far more informative and comprehensive than this Tokyo tour. My advice would be to save yourself the money and go around these areas yourself with a selfie stick. Be warned that in addition to the above fee, you will also need to pay the taxi fares for you and your guide as you go around. Overall, I feel a bit ripped off after that tour.

5.00We had never traveled to Japan and wanted to help get the lay of the land before we went off on our own. Justine was absolutely amazing for that! She immediately helped us get Suica cards and explained how we can use the transit. Justine took us to so many amazing spots around Minato, Tokyo. We got to see Hama-rikyu Gardens and Justine gave us insight into how the garden came to be. Justine showed us Tokyo Tower, the Imperial Palace, and Zojoji Temple. Justine had interesting facts about each place she took us and gave us insight into the customs of each stop. We highly recommend this and Justine if she's available!

5.00Justine was a delight! She was knowledgeable of the area and helped us getting our bearings on day 1 of our vacation. We went to Hamarikyu park and the Imperial Palace. She also helped us set up our Suica cards and taught us about the public transit.
