We can accommodate a stroller or a pram, provided it is fully collapsible and can fit in the luggage compartment of our buses.

We stay dry, the tour does not involve using a wet suit or abseiling or river rapids, it’s very easy.

Tours are suitable for people of all ages and average fitness. Our scenic walks are short and optional. Please let our guide know at check in if you have any fitness concerns.

Each season of the year brings different conditions. Sometimes the sailing is easy, sometimes it rains, sometimes there is not enough wind for us to use the sails and we use our quiet eco-friendly electric engine.

No swimming experience required, but it is good if you tell us you can't swim. We might ask you to wear a life vest while on deck during sailing.

You are welcome to bring your own prepared food, snacks and or beverages (alcoholic beverages limited to guests 18 years and older by New Zealand law).

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the conditions, walking shoes, sun protection, jacket/warm layer & essential personal items.

Bring a camera or a phone with camera capability as Cape Kidnappers is the perfect place to get some great travel photos.

You must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.

Children below 8 years old are required to travel in a child safety car seat.

Children between 5-7 years old are also recommended to be in a booster seat for their safety.

Easy and good fitness level required.

This is a guided walking tour and sensible walking footwear is recommended.

You must be able to climb and descend stairs and walk on unpaved or uneven terrain.

Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland

Our first destination is Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, one of New Zealand’s most colourful and diverse geothermal area. Thousands of Years in the Making and rated as "One of the 20 Most Surreal Places in the World". This stunning landscape is nestled within a natural bush setting through which self-guided walks take between 45 and 90 minutes. A walk through this surreal, lunar-like environment provides the chance to witness some of the volcanic wonders and a wide range of amazing photo opportunities at unique features including the world-famous Champagne Pool, naturally coloured hot and cold springs, devil’s bath, bubbling mud pools, steaming ground, expansive vistas, huge volcanic craters and sinter terrace formations.

Be amazed by the majestic Huka Falls, an incredible waterfall that thunders 11m into the Waikato River below and boasts the title of being New Zealand's most visited natural attraction. This incredible waterfall is one of the most-visited natural attractions in New Zealand, it’s hard to tear your gaze away from the endless and mesmerising torrent. On return, experience Napier’s Art Deco heritage. Visit the world famous sights, suburbs, buildings and landmarks of our town. Take a walk back in time with a guided walking tour. Your local guide will tell you stories of the earthquake that destroyed the city and the remarkable recovery and rebuild that was completed in less than two years. Your guide on this tour will give you fascinating insights into Napier and the Art Deco style. Concludes with a short film and complimentary tea and coffee.

Visit Cape Kidnappers the world’s largest, most accessible mainland gannet colony. Ride in style and comfort over picturesque Cape Kidnappers Station in air-conditioned 4 x 4 vehicles – traversing riverbeds, broad rolling pastures, through stands of native bush, steep gullies and breath taking views. The birds can be seen from September to April. In September they return and build their nests ready for the arrival of the chicks during December and January. There is a stop on the way at a spectacular cliff top with panoramic views of Hawke Bay right across to the Mahia Peninsula. The amazing geology of the area can also be taken in. The 36km, three hour trip includes commentary by your tour guide on the farming operation of Cape Kidnappers Station and an introduction to the gannets. Included is a coffee or tea at the colony.

Lake Taupō Māori Rock Carvings Cruise, Honey Tasting Experience and return to Auckland

Cruise to the popular Māori Rock carvings while enjoying the inspiring scenery that unfolds around you. Learn about the spiritual and cultural significance of the area from the skipper and informative commentary. Sit by lake Taupō and eat Fish And Chips.. Discover why Kiwi’s are so fond of this takeaway meal! After reaching city with a seaport, located in Hawke's Bay on the eastern coast of the North Island we rest for an overnight stay in Napier.
